The 33-year-old former Little Mix star revealed her pregnancy on Instagram Sunday (January 12), posting a photo of her growing baby bump alongside Zion, 26.

The announcement came months after the pair were reported to have split last September.

In the post, Jesy cheekily noted she’s now “eating for three.”

The announcement has been flooded with congratulatory messages from fans, with one person writing: “You deserve every happiness Jesy! Congratulations.”

“The best news,” another added. “Congratulations to you both.”

Jesy also joins fellow Little Mix member Leigh-Anne Pinnock as a mom of twins, after the latter welcomed her two daughters with partner Andre Gray back in 2021.

Little Mixer Perrie Edwards is also a mom, after welcoming a son named Axel Xander Oxlade-Chamberlain back in 2021.

Jesy and Zion first sparked romance rumors in January 2022. Their relationship faced challenges, including their nine-year age gap, which reportedly contributed to a breakup in November 2023, per the Daily Mail.

The couple reconciled shortly afterward, only to reportedly “split” again five months ago, according to The Sun.

Fans speculated about their separation last September when both Jesy and Zion removed traces of each other from their social media accounts. At the time, Zion confirmed the breakup in a comment on OK! Magazine’s TikTok, saying: “Beautiful woman inside and out, wish her nothing but the best.”

Despite the ups and downs, the pair hinted at a fresh start with the heartwarming pregnancy announcement, showcasing their renewed bond.

The couple had previously collaborated on music, releasing one track together in August, with others reportedly ready for release. However, following their earlier split, a source told The Sun: “Jesy and Zion split last month and have completely cut ties with each other.

“It’s not the first time they have broken up, but friends think it’s for good this time. It’s slightly awkward though because they had an EP ready of music they have made together, and Jesy doesn’t want it released now. Fans have already heard one of their tracks and were hoping for more, but it’s looking pretty unlikely at this point.”

News of their rocky relationship saddened fans, who took to social media to express their upset.

Now, with their pregnancy announcement, fans are hopeful for a brighter chapter for Jesy and Zion as they prepare to welcome twins into their lives.

The chaotic California wildfires, which began on Tuesday (January 7), have caused widespread devastation in the state.

Officials disclosed that at least 16 people have died as the fast-moving blazes have forced approximately 180,000 residents to evacuate their properties, per CNN. As of this writing, 13 people have been reported missing and unaccounted for.

According to The Independent, the Palisade and Eaton fires, two of the most significant blazes, have consumed nearly 39,000 acres of land and destroyed 10,000 homes and other structures.

A significant number of Hollywood celebrities have also been impacted by the ferocious flames that have ravaged Los Angeles.

Among those who have suffered in Ricki Lake, who revealed earlier this week that she and her husband Ross Burningham’s “dream home” fell victim to the Palisades Fire, the largest of the Southern California fires.

“After a valiant and brave effort by our friend and hero @kirbykotler_ Ross and I lost our dream home. This description ‘dream home’ doesn’t suffice. It was our heaven on earth. The place where we planned to grow old together,” she wrote.

The Hairspray star went on to call the loss an “immeasurable” one as the property was also where she tied the knot with Burningham in 2022.

“I grieve along with all of those suffering during this apocalyptic event,” she said, sharing pictures of the house. “Praying for all of my neighbors, my friends, my community, the animals, the firefighters and first responders.”

On Saturday (January 11), the Cry-baby actress took to Instagram once again to share a chilling resurfaced clip from her appearance on Tyler Henry’s Netflix series, Live From the Other Side with Tyler Henry, back in October.

In the video, the Hollywood medium told the 56-year-old and her husband that he “saw” a house fire and “loss of material objects”.

“There might end up being a coincidence where not only do we lose something… Trying to think how to articulate this without it sounding concerning,” Henry, 28 said. “I

“If there was a loss of material objects from both fire and water – and water though – that’s the kind of weird distinction. It’s two separate things,” he continued. “So we’re going to end up finding that there’s a story where, like, there was a house fire or something along those lines,” he added to a seemingly concerned Lake.

Nearly three months after the unsettling interview, Lake lost her home. In the caption of her latest post, Lake expressed shock that Henry seemed to have seen the impending destruction of their property.

“The great @tylerhenrymedium called it,” she penned. “Less than three months ago, on Oct 15th, 2024 Ross and I were on Tyler’s show, and guys, he SAW the fire.

“The show is on @netflix. I urge you to watch it. #livefromtheothersidewithtylerhenry Omg.”

“Praying for all those impacted by this ongoing nightmare, including my new friend, @tylerhenrymedium and @rachaelharris whose homes I hear may be at risk,” she added.

California Governor Gavin Newsom has announced that more than 7,500 local, state, and federal firefighting personnel and 1,200 fire trucks have been deployed to protect the communities.

“We are putting all available resources behind fighting these wildfires, including leveraging local and federal assets. California has thousands of boots on the ground working to combat these fires. The state is leaving no stone unturned to protect California communities,” he said.

Per The Independent, President Joe Biden informed California officials to “spare no expense,” and shared that the federal government will cover “100 percent of the cost” for the next 180 days.

Dennis Quaid – known for starring in Breaking Away (1979) and Substance (2024) – was gathering his family’s belongings during a mandatory evacuation from his Brentwood home when he was approached by NBC Los Angeles reporter Robert Kovacik.

Despite the urgency of the situation, the 70-year-old remained composed and answered Kovacik’s questions politely.

“Our experience of reality can change in a moment,” he told the outlet. “We’ve had it lucky…I have so many friends who have lost [their houses… We’re fighting as hard as we can to save our city.”

The star shared that he came back to the area “just in case I hadn’t shut off the gas, you know, all those little things you don’t think of”.

“And just thought, maybe I could be there to put a hose on the roof if the embers come over at least. Something like that, or help out the neighbors,” he added.

Watch the interview below:

Many viewers on social media blasted the reporter for interrupting Quaid while he was holding a large hamper of clothes and trying to pack his car.

“Not them interviewing Dennis Quaid while he frantically tries to pack his belongings to evacuate,” one person wrote on X.

“I’m embarrassed for the guy interviewing Dennis Quaid on the news. He’s trying to evacuate just like everyone else and you’re trying to make him your BFF,” another criticized.

“Watching Dennis Quad try to shove a hamper full of clothes into his car, while a starstruck reporter keeps bugging him, is one of the weirdest things I’ve seen during the LA fire coverage,” a third said.

“I just watched the most cringe news segment of my life,” a fourth user penned. “It was surreal and bizarre. The NBC LA livestream reporter would not stop dogging Dennis Quaid while he was packing his car to evacuate. He even knocked on his car window after he rolled it up. Insane harassment.”

One more viewer said NBC stopped an emergency newscast for 15 minutes “to interrupt and interview Dennis Quaid as he packs his car, *and* Dennis Quaid’s dog (Peaches?!?), while I’m waiting to see if I need to abandon my house in Sherman Oaks”.

However, the actor’s interview also earned him praise on social media, with one fan writing: “This interview was an odd mix of bizarre, comical, touching, and somewhat uncomfortable… but what I learned from it is that Dennis Quaid seems like a very nice fella.”

“I became an instead new fan of Quaid’s,” a second added. “What a standup dude (and especially how sweet he was with his scared dog) in such a stressful moment.”

Many Hollywood stars like Quaid have been left heartbroken after the catastrophic California wildfires wreaked havoc on many areas, including the affluent Los Angeles neighborhoods.

The situation remains critical as the Palisades Fire, though 11% contained, continues to push inland, threatening Brentwood and other communities near the Getty Center and UCLA, per CNN.

As of this writing, nearly 180,00 residents are still under evacuation orders and the death toll from the wildfires has reached 16.

Despite facing hellish conditions, firefighters are courageously battling the Palisades, Eaton, Kenneth, and Hurst fires, which have consumed approximately 62 square miles, an area larger than San Francisco.

The 69-year-old actor revealed over the weekend that he had lost his Malibu home in the blaze after it succumbed to the flames while he was a guest on The Joe Rogan Experience podcast.

Speaking on Elizabeth Vargas Reports on NewsNation, Gibson revealed he was in Austin, Texas, when he found out that his multi-million dollar mansion was “completely toasted” ,describing the loss as both “devastating” and “emotional”.

“I’ve never seen such a complete burn,” Gibson said. “It is obviously devastating, it’s emotional. You live there for a long time, and you had all your stuff. I lived there for about 14, 15 years, so it was home to me.”

Now, Gibson has appeared on Fox News’ The Ingraham Angle to speak about a conspiracy theory that even he admitted was “insane”.

He told the host: “I know they were messing with the water, letting reserves go for one reason or another. They’ve been doing that a while. California has a lot of problems that sort of baffle the mind as far as why they do things.”

Gibson then asked the questions, “Is it on purpose?” and “Do they want the state empty?”

The actor then admitted he was guilty of concocting “horrible theories” about the fires in his mind, adding: “I can make all kinds of horrible theories up in my head, conspiracy theories and everything else, but it just seemed a little convenient that there was no water.”

“And that the wind conditions were right and that there are people ready and willing and able to start fires,” Gibson continued. “And are they commissioned to do so or acting on their own volition? I don’t know. But they seem pretty well equipped these people that they are catching.”

During their discussion, Ingraham said: “Well, now there’s already talk. And we played a couple of soundbites. Of re-imagining the way rebuilding occurs.

“And obviously there’s a great need for high-density housing in California and across the country. That’s a big push by the climate folks. And you’re already hearing rumblings of that. In this case, like goodbye single-family homes. Hello high-density housing!”

In response to the segment, viewers took to X to bash the actor’s baseless claims.

“Conspiracy theories are his last claims to fame,” one person wrote, with another adding: “The has been is now an expert on water reserves.”

A third tweeted: “I will never watch another movie with him in it.”

“Mel needs a rest,” one viewer responded, with another simply writing: “Shameful.”

The fires remain one of the most destructive and costly disasters in US history.

At least 16 people have lost their lives — 11 in the Eaton Fire and five in the Palisades Fire. Thirteen others remain missing, as of this writing.

As firefighters continue to contain the blazes, officials have issued critical health and safety warnings to the public:

Water Safety: Residents in and around Pacific Palisades have been advised not to drink tap water due to potential contamination from the fires. Bottled water is being distributed at Westwood Recreation Centre and Brentwood Country Club.

Air Quality: The LA County Public Health Department has urged residents to avoid using power blowers like leaf blowers to limit exposure to ash, smoke, and particulate matter worsened by the fires and windstorm conditions.

Ocean Waters: Authorities have also warned against swimming, surfing, or playing in ocean waters between Surfrider Beach and Dockweiler State Beach, covering a 20-mile stretch. “People entering these waters could become ill,” the department stated.

Meanwhile, early estimates suggest that recovery efforts in the Los Angeles area could cost upwards of $150 billion, per AccuWeather.

Our thoughts continue to go out to everybody impacted by this unfolding tragedy.

Nicole Kidman says she had to pause filming new erotic film as she ‘didn’t want to org*sm anymore’

Nicole Kidman has admitted that things got a little steamy while filming her new erotic drama that she had to temporarily pause production.

The 57-year-old actress stars in the forthcoming A24 film, Babygirl, opposite Iron Claw actor, Harris Dickinson.

The risqué flick sees Kidman take on the role of Romy, a married ambitious tech CEO who begins an intense affair with Samuel (Dickinson), an intern at the high-profile company.

The movie, which is directed by Halina Reijn, explores power dynamics and sexuality within a professional setting through the passionate relationship between Romy and Samuel.

So of course, there are many sexual scenes between the main characters, as well as Kidman and her husband in the film, played by Antonio Banderas, 64.

According to The Sun, this meant many days of filming led to an overwhelming amount of “touch” and “frustration” for the Oscar-winning actress.

“There was an enormous amount of sharing and trust and then frustration. It’s like, ‘Don’t touch me,'” Kidman revealed. “There were times when we were shooting where I was like, ‘I don’t want to org*sm anymore.'”

The actress, who has been married to country singer Keith Urban for 18 years, shared that sometimes she would feel drained by the process: “Don’t come near me. I hate doing this. I don’t care if I am never touched again in my life!”

“I’m over it…It was so present all the time for me that it was almost like a burnout,” she added.

Babygirl’s early premiere at Venice earned Kidman the Volpi Cup for best actress.

The Big Little Lies star shared in a recent Q&A that participating in a movie of this movie was new territory for her.

“There’s a sort of a jump off the cliff thing where you go, okay, I’m just going to abandon everything and explore this with the people that I trust in a genre that is already set, but hopefully we can explore new territory and especially with the female at the helm,” she shared, cited by PEOPLE.

She explained that trusting the filmmaker to keep her and her co-stars safe was important to the shooting process: “You have your director at the helm going, ‘I will protect you. Nothing that’s going to be in the film will be anything that you are not comfortable with. You are going to be okay.'”

Kidman also revealed that she and Dickinson had an “enormous amount of trust” in each other. The 28-year-old elaborated on this, saying: “Of course, there were days where I would go in really terrified of a scene or I don’t know how I’m going to do this.”

“There was never a day that if the scene wasn’t working or if we weren’t comfortable or we weren’t getting something, we never felt that time was more important. It was just like, ‘Okay, everyone go away for a second,'” he added.

Viewers Say Star Studded Series Is One of the ‘Best Shows on Netflix’ and It’s So Good They’ve Had to Rewatch It

video of: Jeremy Renner’s Snow Plough Injuries ‘Worse Than Anyone Knows’Viewers are all saying the same thing about a popular Netflix show with a star-studded cast, and if you’ve watched it, you know why—it’s absolutely hilarious.

The comedy series, which aired from 2018 to 2021 and ran for four seasons with 50 episodes, stars Retta (best known as Donna Meagle from Parks and Recreation), Mae Whitman (who you might remember from The Perks of Being a Wallflower), and Christina Hendricks (forever Joan Harris in Mad Men).

This crime comedy has earned an impressive 7.7 rating on IMDb, a high score for any TV series, let alone a comedy.

So, what’s the show that people just can’t stop talking about? Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you Good Girls.

The premise speaks for itself. The series follows three suburban mothers who find themselves in desperate situations and decide to take control of their lives—by breaking the law. These loving moms stop playing it safe, and their journey into crime is filled with hilarious moments. In one scene, they rob a store where Annie Marks works, and comically, they all wear dishwashing gloves during the heist. But after the robbery, things get much more serious.

Despite being nominated for a Satellite Award for its final season, the show was unexpectedly canceled, disappointing many loyal fans.

Some of those fans took to Facebook to share their love for the series on the Netflix Bangers page. One user exclaimed, “This will always be the best series!!!” Another added, “Yesssss, I’ve rewatched that so many times.” And a third agreed, writing, “Yes!!!!!! One of the best shows on Netflix. Try Workin’ Moms.”

The comments kept pouring in, but it was clear that fans were frustrated with NBC’s decision to cancel the show, especially when a fifth season seemed likely. One fan warned, “Yes! You’ll be pissed off when it’s over though lol.” Another shared, “Absolutely my favorite series on Netflix, wish there were more seasons.” And a third chimed in, “THAT’S A DEFINITE YES!! Best series, hate that they cancelled it!”

While the reason for NBC pulling the plug remains unclear, some speculated it was due to a pay dispute involving Manny Montana, who played Rio. However, film critics have suggested he may have been unfairly used as a scapegoat.

With the recent 20th anniversary special of Harry Potter released by HBO earlier this year, fans everywhere have been reminded why they fell in love with Emma Watson. As a child, she stole hearts through her portrayal of Hermione Granger, a character known for her intelligence and ethics.

Today, she’s known for her work as an activist and feminist. She made headlines when she was appointed a UN Women Goodwill Ambassador in 2014, was a founding member of Time’s Up UK in 2018, and was appointed to a G7 advisory body for women’s rights in 2019 — all while balancing her acting career. Through the years, she’s even set up her own feminist book club, “Our Shared Shelf,” and her passionate speech calling for gender equality in 2014 remains impactful to this day.

With this, Watson has more than proven that she is as much of a role model as her character, Hermione, is. It may then come as little surprise that she’s an ardent advocate for the importance of education. What sets Watson apart, however, is her active effort to break out of the mould many actors sink into after they find success — choosing to place her education before her career.

Here’s a look into the education of Emma Watson and how it has shaped her career outside of Hollywood.

Education of Emma Watson: The early years

It’s a well-documented fact that Watson was a dedicated student, even during her Harry Potter years. Growing up, she attended The Dragon School, a day and boarding preparatory school in Oxford, UK. The co-education school is known as one of the UK’s top preparatory institutions for children aged four to 13. It boasts an incredibly varied network of alumni of poets, civil servants, actors, athletes, and more.

Above all, the school places a strong emphasis on creativity and individuality, encouraging students to pursue programmes in sports, music, drama, and more. As a child, she was active in the school’s many drama and theatre programmes, allowing her to discover a passion for acting and subsequently cultivate her talent.

Watson then attended Headington School in Oxford, an all-girls boarding institution that’s consistently ranked among the top 100 in the UK. The school offers over 20 options at GCSE level with around 30 subjects to choose from, ensuring that every girl has the flexibility to pursue a curriculum that best suits their abilities.

Girls at Headington consistently achieve impressive GCSE results, and Watson is no exception. With guidance from the school, she studied for her examinations between takes and scored 10 As.

The preparation she received from Headington was instrumental to her success in her A Level examinations. In 2008, she announced via her website that she had achieved straight As for her A Level examinations, which she sat for in between filming for the franchise.

Education of Emma Watson: English Literature at Brown University

Watson is one of few globally renowned actors who chose to go to university after finding fame. “Learning keeps me motivated,” she told Access Hollywood, a trait that she shares with her Harry Potter character.

So, despite strong words of discouragement from her agents, Watson chose to pursue a bachelor’s degree in English Literature. The subject is known for its versatility, exposing students to a breadth of knowledge across literary history, theory, and criticism. Above all, it develops students who are not only skilled critical and creative thinkers, but are empathetic and aware of their place in the world.

Watson attended the prestigious Brown University in the US. The Ivy League institution is consistently ranked as one of the top universities in the world, with an extremely competitive acceptance rate of only 7%. Its English Department fosters the study of British, American, and Anglophone literature across a wide variety of courses in poetry, drama, fiction, creative nonfiction, film, digital media, and theory.

Graduates from this programme are provided with a strong foundation for employment in many sectors, within and outside the world of academia. These include careers in journalism, publishing, advertising, visual media, consulting, public relations, finance, government, and more. Further study in law, medical and professional schools are common among alumni at Brown, as well.

Apart from Brown, Watson also attended the University of Oxford as part of her third year abroad. It’s a school that needs no introduction and is widely known as being among the top five universities in the world. There, she studied English at Worcester College.

With her extensive breadth of education, it’s no wonder that Watson has thrived in a variety of areas outside acting. Her university experience helped expand her knowledge on a wide range of issues that, in turn, opened up doors for her to pursue a variety of careers. To this day, she remains a passionate advocate for education, and is dedicated to using her voice to advance important causes and events.

In a tweet on the first day of Pride Month, Musk said he personally uses the pronouns that someone – including a transgender person – prefers because it’s good manners, but that he wouldn’t enforce that policy on Twitter.

Musk made the comment in a reply to a complaint from Jeremy Boreing, the co-CEO of the conservative site The Daily Wire. Boreing, who was seeking to distribute a video opposed to trans rights but said Twitter had canceled a distribution deal, said he considered it a free speech issue to not be able to use pronouns that are different from the ones a trans person uses.

“It is definitely allowed,” Musk told Boreing. “Whether or not you agree with using someone’s preferred pronouns, not doing so is at most rude and certainly breaks no laws.”

Musk said Twitter employees who told Boreing otherwise had made a mistake.

In culture war battles online and off, using pronouns other than what someone prefers is a common way to bully trans people. Twitter banned the practice as part of its rule against degrading behavior or other hateful content until April, when the company’s new management under Musk quietly changed the rule without an official announcement. The rule had been in place since 2018.

Musk’s latest statement drew a rebuke from LGBTQ organizations, which said the new policy opened a door for anti-trans harassment.

“Twitter was once a place where many marginalized people including LGBTQ people found community, and it’s become hostile,” Laurel Powell, a spokesperson for the Human Rights Campaign, said in a phone interview.

“What we’re seeing isn’t really about censorship or discrimination of ideas. It’s about the kind of company Twitter wants to be and the kind of world they want to shape,” she said.

Rodrigo Heng-Lehtinen, executive director of the National Center for Transgender Equality, said Musk’s tweet was disappointing.

“This will only increase hate speech that has harmed our community within social media spaces,” he said in a statement.

Heng-Lehtinen said lives may be at risk, citing a 2020 survey from The Trevor Project, an organization focused on suicide prevention. Transgender and nonbinary youth who said that all or most people in their lives respect their pronouns attempted suicide at half the rate of those who did not have their pronouns respected, according to the survey.

Musk has a history of staking out anti-trans positions. In tweets, he has mocked trans people and accused trans rights advocates of contradicting themselves. Last month, he participated in a Twitter event to launch the Republican presidential campaign of Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, who has signed several bills restricting LGBTQ rights. A year ago, one of Musk’s children filed a petition to change her name and have her gender officially recognized as female, saying she didn’t want to be related to Musk in any way.

Musk elaborated on his current thinking in his Thursday tweet.

“I should note that I do personally use someone’s preferred pronouns, just as I use someone’s preferred name, simply from the standpoint of good manners,” he said.

“However, for the same reason, I object to rude behavior, ostracism or threats of violence if the wrong pronoun or name is used,” he added.

GLAAD, the LGBTQ media advocacy organization, said the earlier Twitter rule existed to protect people from harassment and to reassure advertisers who don’t wish their ads to be featured adjacent to bullying.

“Elon Musk continues to double down on making his already struggling site less safe for users, and even less appealing for advertisers,” the organization said in a statement.

Thousands of civilians have lost their homes in the LA wildfires

Oscar-winning actor Anthony Hopkins has issued an important message after reportedly losing his home in the LA wildfires.

The 87-year-old was said to have lost his home in the Pacific Palisades fire, according to The Daily Mail, as images of the home reportedly belonging to Hopkins have been shared online.

Taking to Instagram, the Silence Of The Lambs star sent a message to everyone who has been affected by the tragic blaze, which has officially claimed the lives of 11 people so far, along with thousands of homes and businesses.

“As we all struggle to heal from the devastation of these fires, it’s important we remember that the only thing we take with us is the love we give,” he wrote to his 5.4 million followers on Friday (10 January).

According to the BBC, Hopkins lost his home in the Palisades fire, with more 5,000 structures being destroyed in one of the ‘biggest’ fires out of the eight across the county, officials said (via The Independent).

The Mail also reports that Hopkins purchased the four-bedroom, five-bathroom home for $6 million (£4.9 million) in 2021.

Sadly, this may be the second time his house has been burnt down after his London property was lost in a blaze in 2000.

LADbible has contacted Hopkin’s representatives for comment.

Fellow actor James Woods – who worked with Hopkins in 1995’s Nixon – initially thought his home was burnt down in the fire, only to find it was still standing.

“A miracle has happened,” he wrote on Twitter. “We managed to get to our property and our home, that we were told is gone forever, is still standing.

“In this hellish landscape ‘standing’ is relative, but smoke and other damage is not like the utter destruction around us.”

In another tweet showing the damage done in the neighbourhood, Woods said he was ‘so happy and grateful’ to be able to come back to his house, however, due to the destruction of his neighbour’s properties, the ‘joyous news’ was ‘almost hard to celebrate’.

“It’s so fundamentally gut-wrenching and upsetting, it’s almost hard to celebrate the joyous news that our home survived,” he continued. “While we rejoice to find our house intact, in the midst of a hellscape like this, you can only think of your neighbours.

One side untouched, the other utter destruction. While we rejoice to find our house intact, in the midst of a hellscape like this, you can only think of your neighbors. I was so certain our house was gone a day ago, but the fickle finger of fate decided otherwise.

Prior to this, the two-time Emmy winning actor had to quickly evacuate the property, as he said on social media: “We were blessed to have LA fire and police depts doing their jobs so well. We are safe and out…Can not speak more highly of the LA fire and LAPD.

“It tests your soul, losing everything at once, I must say.”
