OnlyFans star Lily Phillips reveals gross health issue she’s suffering from since bedding 101 men in a day

Lily Phillips has opened up about a pretty gross health issue that she’s encountered since she slept with 101 men in a day.

In case you haven’t heard of her, Phillips is a 23-year-old adult star who is taking the industry by storm.

This time last year, nobody was too aware of her – but fast forward to today and she’s all over social media.

Part of the reason is due to the challenges she sets herself, such as her hopes to sleep with 1000 men in a single day.

To practice for such a huge target, the 23-year-old slept with 101 men in a day and it has sparked a lot of controversy.

YouTuber Josh Pieters followed Phillips on the big day and provided a behind-the-scenes look.

In one scene shared on social media, Phillips appeared visibly drained, reflecting on the taxing nature of the experience.

“It’s not for the weak girls,” she admitted. “If I’m honest, it was hard. I don’t know if I’d recommend it.”

She likened the challenge to “being a prostitute,” describing the day as “intense” and noting it was fundamentally different from typical intimacy.

“It wasn’t just having sex with someone; it was one in, one out,” Phillips explained.

She then burst into tears and had to be excused from the room.

Well, the emotions from the day aren’t the only thing that the adult star has to worry about, as she’s now opened up about a health issue she’s got from that day and other challenges.

Phillips shared her ordeal in a recent TikTok video, sparking concern among her fans.

“I’ve taken so much liquid in my eyes over the last month or so, that it’s now having a permanent effect on my eyes,” she revealed in the video, while appearing visibly distressed.

In the clip, Phillips is seen sitting on a sofa, her eyes noticeably red and swollen. A man is positioned behind her as she candidly describes her symptoms.

“This video was just the start of it,” she continued. “They were stinging so much here, but now it’s so much worse.”

The admission has alarmed many of her followers, who expressed their hopes that Phillips is seeking appropriate medical treatment.

One person wrote: “Girl it could be clamidia [sic] of the eye. If they start going crusty gem em checked.”

In terms of her 1000 men in a day goal, medical professionals have voiced serious concerns about the risks associated with such extreme challenges.

Dr. Zac Turner, a specialist in preventive health, warned about the physical and psychological strain involved.

“Sex, at its core, is a physically demanding activity that engages various muscles, the cardiovascular system, and the release of endorphins,” Dr. Turner told the New York Post.

While beneficial in moderation, he noted that activities of this magnitude could lead to severe physical harm.

“Fatigue diminishes the pleasurable aspects, and the constant physical exertion transitions from beneficial to harmful,” he explained, citing risks such as tearing, bruising, general soreness, and long-term physical strain.

A host of lucky travellers will be able to raise a glass to the New Year twice today

Seeing as though the geniuses of the world are still struggling to come up with a viable way to defy the laws of physics so we can return to the past and visit the future, this is the closest thing you’re going to get.

The only stipulations are that you would be travelling in a plane rather than something resembling Doctor Who‘s tardis, and you have to make the journey on New Year’s Day.

So while you work out whether that’s something you’d fancy next year, let’s fill you in on what some excited passengers will be experiencing later this evening (31 December).

A host of people will have the chance to raise a glass to the dawn of a New Year twice thanks to the route their flights are taking today.

Those on board planes which cross the International Date Line (IDL) will effectively ‘travel back in time’, due to departing from their destination on 1 January but touching down in a place where it’s still 2024.

For those who don’t know, the IDL is an imaginary line across the Earth’s surface which passes through the Pacific Ocean and sets a boundary between places with two different calendar dates.

The International Date Line is responsible for the so-called 'time travel' flights (X)

The International Date Line is responsible for the so-called ‘time travel’ flights (X)

Think of how Australia is pretty much one day in front of us lot in the UK – when you cross the date line travelling eastward, you lose a day.

If you’re heading west, you gain a day. Simple, right?

The IDL has no legal international status and countries are free to choose the dates that they observe, according to the US National Ocean Service.

“While the date line generally runs north to south from pole to pole, it zigzags around political borders such as eastern Russia and Alaska’s Aleutian Islands,” it explained.

“When you cross the date line, you become a time traveler of sorts! Cross to the west and it’s one day later; cross back and you’ve ‘gone back in time’.”

The IDL – which separates the Western and Eastern hemispheres and is the epicentre where each calendar day begins and ends – is located roughly halfway around the world from the prime meridian, the 0 degrees longitude line in Greenwich, England.

So now you’ve got your head around all of the confusing stuff, let’s get down to the flight details.

Planes obviously cross the IDL throughout the rest of the year too, but if you want to quantum leap between years, you need a spot on a New Year’s Day flight.

Take this United Airlines flight which is taking off from Guam, a US territory, on Wednesday (1 January) for example.

It’s scheduled to take off from the Antonio B. Won Pat International Airport at 7.25am tomorrow morning for a seven hour and 15 minute journey to Honolulu, Hawaii.

So, those onboard will have already rang in the New Year the night before…but when they touch down, the passengers will have the opportunity to do it all over again.

That’s because the travellers – or should I say ‘time travellers’ – will land at 6:40pm when it is still 31 December in Honolulu.

Although it’s technically an internal flight, the plane will still cross the IDL.

United Airlines had a similarly timed flight scheduled last year too, telling customers: “You only live once, but you can celebrate New Year’s Eve twice!”

Unfortunately though, the journey was delayed significantly, meaning a double New Year was off the cards, according to the Independent.

You could also carry out this time travel schtick on flights that are travelling eastward across the IDL if they depart from places such as Tokyo or Sydney, too.

Brits who are struggling for plans obviously can’t jump on this last minute, but it’s certainly nice to know for next year.

The air fryer video has gone viral on TikTok

How can you tell someone has an air fryer? Don’t worry, they’ll let you know right after saying ‘hello’.

Once it’s brought up in conversation, it feels like they’re getting a commission for hyping up how useful their little cooking machine is.

As you can tell, I am still yet to buy one (but I am thinking about it).

Amid the surge in popularity in recent years, however, viewers have been left stunned after a woman has revealed what cooking inside an air fryer can actually look like.

Taking to TikTok, Ali from NYC has shared a video (@aligroholski) of her air fryer and it’s gone viral.

She appears to be using a ‘Ninja CRISPi 4-in-1 Portable Glass Air Fryer Cooking System’, described as having ‘the power of a full-size air fryer in the palm of your hand.’

It offers four functions: air fry, bake, max crisp, and re-crisp, including two glass containers—a 6-cup and a 4-quart.

The air fryer is designed for cooking, serving, and storing food, and the way it works is the PowerPod heats the contents by circulating hot air, ensuring even cooking.

“Simply snap the lightweight, handheld 1700-watt PowerPod onto one of the glass cooking containers to create family-size meals and personal portions with 4 cooking functions,” the Ninja website reads.

Now, in her caption for the short clip, which has nearly five million views in a day, Ali said: “That was super invasive @Ninja Kitchen.”

During the video, she puts in a tortilla wrap and the Ninja starts spinning it around like a Beyblade while cooking.

“Do you think that’s supposed to turn like that?” a woman is heard saying as viewers were left in stitches.

“No way my food is just in the break dancing,” one person commented, while another joked: “That means it’s at 360 degrees.”

“That’s why my damn cheese never stays on,” a third penned, as a fourth admitted: “Yea I caught my taco shells spinning one day lol”

Meanwhile, others were quick to point out that ‘it’s a convection oven the heat moves around’, and also that heavier items are less likely to spin around like that.

“Somehow I’m pretty sure my 1.5kg pork roast ain’t spinning like a ballerina in mine,” someone else said.

At the time of writing, the Ninja CRISPi 4-in-1 Portable Glass Air Fryer Cooking System is sold out on the Ninja UK website.

'Phubbing' your partner is ruining relationships without people even knowing they're doing it

'Phubbing' your partner is ruining relationships without people even knowing they're doing it

The dating game is hard enough in this day and age, strewn with all manner of obstacles to dodge.

And in a world where most of the interactions we have with any potential partner are online, the pitfalls are much deeper and much harder to spot.

You only have to take the vast number of dating terms we have these days as evidence of that – everywhere you look, someone is being ‘ghosted’, ‘benched,’ or ‘breadcrumbed’.

In short, it’s a brutal world out there, and you’ve got to be ready for anything.

Well, on that note, we have a new term doing the rounds, and the chances are you might do it yourself and have no idea about it: phubbing.

"Babe, we need to talk about your phubbing problem."

Mindful Media /Getty

What is phubbing?

You may think you’re a top class dater, but ‘phubbing’ is something you may do without realising.

The word is a mix between ‘phone’ and ‘snubbing’, and in this phone obsessed society, everyone’s probably been guilty at least once.

The group chat is more than likely popping off during dates, as the gang are wondering how things are getting on. However, those who go to respond are unknowingly ‘phubbing’ their date/partner, and there’s a reason it needs to stop.

In short, anytime you’re ignoring the human in front of you for your phone screen, you’re a culprit of ‘phubbing’.

The bloke had a rather embarrassing predicament after watching porn on his phone.

How phubbing is damaging relationships and lives

As well as being kind of rude, ‘phubbing’ is also having a damaging effect on relationships, according to one study.

The study’s authors explained: “The phenomenon of phubbing, which hits individuals’ social interactions, is an important risk factor for romantic relationships.

“In other words, partners’ being too busy with their smartphones during their romantic relationships harms relationship satisfaction and perceived romantic relationship quality.”

But that’s not all; as well as romantic satisfaction, phubbing can have a negative effect on life satisfaction too. This means, phubbing could be making your partner more miserable in their day to day life too.

The paper went on: “The results… indicate that partner ‘phubbing’ had a significant indirect effect on life satisfaction through perceived romantic relationship quality and relationship satisfaction.

“These results reveal that relationship satisfaction and perceived romantic relationship quality decrease in individuals who are exposed to partner phubbing behaviours, and that decreased relationship satisfaction and romantic relationship quality harm life satisfaction.”

So, next time you think about reaching for that phone on a date, think again.

Can you guess what it’s supposed to be?

Christmas is nearly here, and that means that we’ve all been scrambling to find our old mismatched themed baking stuff, or we’ve bought some news ones.

However, one woman who decided on the latter has come across a head scratcher as she cannot figure out what she’s supposed to have bought.

When you get a pack of cookie cutters, there’s normally either a description of what it’s supposed to be, or an image on the front of the package – and if it’s seasonal, then it’ll say so.

But no matter how hard she tries, she can’t work out what it’s supposed to be.

Is it a snowy row of houses? A strange shape that’s supposed to be coloured in to form a picture of some sort?

Who can say – but Reddit has decided to figure it out regardless.

Posting in the r/whatismycookiecutter subreddit, the baffled baker wrote: “This is driving me nuts. It’s from a Christmas set but I’m stumped.”

Before we get into what other people think it could, what do you think?

Well, whatever it is, it can’t be as wacky as some of the responses in the comments.

Reddit suggestions were hilarious (Reddit/RbbyAick)

Reddit suggestions were hilarious (Reddit/RbbyAick)

Some decided to take the more visual approach and simply fill in what they thought it could be – which ranged from ‘Barney the Xmas Crack Head’ to what looks like an odd-shaped Homer Simpson.

Others were more in line with the Christmas theme, however, as another guessed: “Any chance it fits together with another from the set, like a puzzle piece?”

A third said: “Could make it a house/ cabin with snow on the roof and ground?”

Ultimately, the general consensus is that it’s supposed to be Christmas presents and possibly a stocking of some sort attached to the end.

One Reddit user said: “Presents and one weird Christmas stocking?”

To which someone else replied: “I’m convinced this is the correct answer,” while another commented: “Yes I think it’s a pile of Christmas presents too.”

If not that, then what else could it be?

A user theorised that it was simply bent and needed to be straightened out, writing: “Could it be bent? If you flip it over and straighten out the bottom I could be convinced it’s like this slice of pie?”

To be honest, that’s not a bad shout.

Ultimately, someone summed it up as: “This sub is the most simultaneously interesting and frustrating place on this site. Which is to say.. I have no clue.”

Another possibility could be that it had a mishap when being made – which if you are curious about, a video has revealed how a small, family-run cookie cutter business makes their products, and it’s fascinating.

9 Everyday Habits It’s Better Get Rid of as Soon as Possible

9 Everyday Habits It’s Better Get Rid of as Soon as Possible

There’s a common belief that it takes 21 days for a habit to form. But scientists have proven that an average of 66 days is necessary in order to turn an action into something that you do without having to think about it. And getting rid of a habit that’s already been formed could take much longer. But it’s definitely worth considering which of your habits are healthy and which may be harmful.

We at Bright Side found out about a few common habits which would be better left in the past. Don’t worry if you recognize some of the things mentioned below. Just remember — any bad habit can be replaced with a healthier one.Bl

9. Don’t put your feet up on the dashboard.

Passengers like to sit however they’re most comfortable. In many movies, the coolest characters are often filmed sitting in the front seat of the car with their feet up on the dashboard.

The reality is that this position is very dangerous. Apart from this being a horrible position to be in during a car accident, there is also a lesser evil to be aware of — braking. Keeping your feet up at face level means that your face will hit your knees if the car suddenly brakes or stops. The collision of your jaw and your knees can lead to bone fractures and an extremely long and difficult recovery period.

This is why it’s better to forget about this habit and to get comfortable sitting with your back up against the seat, your knees bent in front of you, and your seatbelt across your chest.

8. Don’t hang wet towels on hooks, and don’t gather the shower curtain to one side.

It’s almost an involuntary movement to open up the shower curtain after a shower, dry off, and hang up your wet towel. Unfortunately, this is quite an unsanitary habit. Bacteria can easily multiply in the wet creases of the towel and mold can grow in the folds of the gathered-up shower curtain.

This is why it’s better to let your wet towels dry unfolded and to stretch out your shower curtain until it dries.

7. Don’t drink coffee on an empty stomach.

Many of us start our day by going to the kitchen and making a cup of coffee before we get to anything else. This is a very common habit throughout the entire world. There’s just one problem — most of us drink a cup of coffee on an empty stomach. Despite the fact that coffee has its benefits, it does have some downsides as well. One of them is that if you drink coffee on an empty stomach, it can cause heartburn and digestion problems.

When you are hungry and think about food, your stomach starts releasing gastric acid. When you drink coffee, it has the same effect on your stomach, except that solid food doesn’t follow. This leads to the release of too much gastric acid which can damage the stomach lining.

Specialists recommend drinking coffee only after eating breakfast or in the middle of the day.

6. Don’t eat popcorn.

Who doesn’t love a big bucket of salty and savory popcorn in front of the big screen? It’s a long-standing tradition to buy soda and some popcorn and watch a movie. But it’s actually quite a harmful habit. The good news is, that it’s not that difficult to quit.

Dentists say that popcorn can damage your teeth. Small particles of popcorn get stuck between your teeth, and they’re very hard to get rid of, even with regular care. Another thing to consider is that movie theater popcorn is very high in fat. Try not ordering popcorn the next time you go to the movies and you may be surprised to notice that a movie without popcorn is just as enjoyable.

5. Don’t leave a bottle of water in the car.

If you’re a car owner, there is a very high probability that you keep a bottle of water inside your car. Whether you hold on to the water bottle for the sake of emergencies or just because you’re trying to increase your water intake, keep in mind that this is a rather dangerous habit — especially in the summer.

The problem is that the water in the bottle acts as a lens and if sunlight reaches it, especially if the bottle is on a dark surface, it can start a fireThe possibility is pretty small, but it still exists. If you don’t want to be a rare case of fire caused by water, take your water bottle with you next time.

4. Don’t pop pimples.

Anyone who has ever had a breakout knows the rule: do not pop a pimple.

A pimple emerges when a pore is clogged with excess oil. That’s when the inflammation process begins. If a body is healthy, it sends white blood cells to fight harmful bacteria. That is why this part of the skin turns red. When you pop a pimple, the sides of the pore get damaged. As a result, it becomes even more susceptible to bacteria. Besides, when popping pimples, you risk getting the wound infected if your hands are dirty.

If you are worried about your skin condition, visit a dermatologist. If you almost never break out, use some special topical ointment to zap the zit away.

3. Don’t take photos of everything on your phone.

This piece of advice may sound quite strange now that we use our phones for almost everything we do — especially when it comes to taking photos. However, the results of the study of Linda Henkel from Fairfield University have ascertained that trying to capture everything on your camera will actually make you miss a lot of important details.

The problem is that when you take a photo, your attention is focused on the photo itself instead of what you are shooting. As a result, you will have a memorable photo or a video but your real impressions will be quite dull.

During the experiment, undergraduate students were told to take a stroll around a museum and take notes or photos of objects they liked. The next day, their memory of these objects was tested.

2. Don’t take vitamins with biologically active additives.

Many people think that vitamin C can keep their immune from catching a cold or that biologically active additives (BAAs) can fully replace a professional treatment plan. While this is not entirely truth, the FDA believes that some foods and dietary supplements can actually help with preventing people from getting sick.

If you have a balanced diet, it’s pointless for you to also take vitamins since you already receive the necessary quantity of them from your food. Additional vitamins are recommended for people with a vitamin deficiency.

Biologically active additives are used as a source of active substances if your body lacks them. Of course, it’s good that we restore the balance of the substances we are lacking, but you should understand that BAAs are not medicine.

1. Don’t put a charging phone under a pillow.

A charging phone under a pillow can result in a fire. The problem is that a charging phone can get hot. Despite the fact that newer cell phone models have improved, there are still smartphones with batteries that can significantly increase the overall temperature. This means that the device or the charger cord can catch fire. If the charging phone is under your pillow, you risk getting hurt.

Newton NH Fire Department warns everyone who cares for their safety to never put a charging phone under a pillow.

Doctor reveals the one sound someone makes which means they have just 24 hours left to live

A doctor has explained what sound someone makes when they have roughly 24 hours left to live.

Dying, regrettably, is a part of life that we all have to go through at some point.

Sadly this usually means that we lose some of the ones we love along the way, and it never gets any easier.

If you’ve ever been with someone as they enter their final hours, you may have heard them make a sound known as the death rattle.

While this can be an extremely scary sound, there is a specific reason as to why it happens.

The death rattle is a common occurrence in the final hours of life, signaling that a person may have roughly 24 hours left to live, according to Dr. Daniel Murrell, an infectious disease specialist at the University of Alabama, Birmingham.

The sound occurs when individuals nearing death lose the ability to swallow or cough, leaving secretions in their respiratory tract that they can no longer clear.

While the noise may alarm loved ones, Dr. Murrell emphasizes that the death rattle is not painful for the individual.

As per the Daily Mail, he noted that this is part of the dying process.

The unsettling sound is caused by a buildup of secretions such as phlegm at the back of the throat.

Breathing patterns during this stage may vary, sometimes becoming loud or irregular, according to Medical News Today.

To ease the sound, caregivers can reposition the person, such as turning them on their side or elevating their head to allow secretions to drain.

Moistening the mouth with damp swabs may also provide some relief.

Steph Prescott, whose seven-year-old son Braiden died of neuroblastoma in 2016, described the harrowing moment she recognized her son’s death rattle.

“I woke at 3:00AM to hear what sounded like him choking,” said Steph via the Daily Mail. “I buzzed the nurse in, and they told me it was nearly time.”

Braiden, who had tumors on his jaw that had prevented him from speaking for days, surprised his family in his final moments.

He asked for a photo with his father before passing away.

“When he passed, we were shocked,” Steph shared. “You don’t ever want to think you’re losing your baby, but we knew it was coming.”

Though the death rattle and other end-of-life signs can be distressing, understanding them can help families prepare and provide care during a loved one’s final hours.

While it will undoubtedly cause concern, you can take solace in knowing that the death rattle causes no pain.
