‘Pioneer Woman’ Ree Drummond Becomes a Grandma as Daughter Alex Welcomes Her First Baby Girl – Photos

The “Pioneer Woman” blogger is officially a grandmother after her daughter welcomed her first baby on December 18, 2024.

Ree shared her excitement over the milestone with a heartfelt Instagram post. It featured a photo of her husband, Ladd Drummond, and herself as she cradled their granddaughter. The 55-year-old expressed her joy, “Our first baby had her first baby. ❤️ Thank you Lord, we will never be the same.”

The blogger’s excitement at being a grandmother was evident in her several posts. She also shared two close-up pictures of Sofia snuggled in a white blanket adorned with grey and red baby footprints. The sleeping newborn wore a bow headband tied with a red string, adding a charming touch to the sweet photos.

Alex captioned the post, “She’s here 🕊️,” and added, “December 18th, 2024. At 2:27 am our perfect girl made her arrival a couple weeks early, just in time for Christmas! We are so in love and forever changed. Thank you Lord.”
