Man Says Diddy ‘Passed Him Around’ To Be Abused By Multiple Celebs
A personal trainer has come forward with claims that Sean Combs “passed his drugged body around like a party favor” to other celebrities, marking one of the latest legal battles facing the music mogul.
The male accuser, identified only as John Doe, alleges in the lawsuit that Combs and others “drugged and repeatedly sexually assaulted” him during an afterparty at Combs’ Los Angeles mansion on June 27, 2022, following an awards show.
“While in and out of consciousness, individuals at the party forced Plaintiff into sexual acts with both men and women,” the lawsuit filed by attorney Tony Buzbee states. “[The] plaintiff’s physical disposition made it impossible for him to reject their advances or otherwise control his body.”
The suit further claims, “These individuals, including Combs, essentially passed Plaintiff’s drugged body around like a party favor for their sexual enjoyment.”
Combs has denied all accusations. His legal team told DailyMail.com that he “never sexually assaulted anyone” and dismissed the wave of lawsuits as “clear attempts to garner publicity.”
The personal trainer, a California resident, says he was introduced to Combs, 54, through a fashion designer who had shown the rapper his workout videos. According to the lawsuit, Combs was impressed by the trainer’s fitness regime and wanted to meet him in person.
The fashion designer later invited the trainer to an “exclusive awards show afterparty” at Combs’ $61 million Hollywood Hills estate. The personal trainer believed the event would give him an opportunity to network with celebrities and further his career.
On the night of the BET Awards—where Combs received the Lifetime Achievement Award for his contributions to the music industry—the trainer says he was picked up in a private Lincoln Navigator and asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement as a condition of entry to the party. Eager to meet Combs and promote his business, he agreed but claims he was not provided a copy of the NDA.
Shortly after arriving, the trainer says he was handed a tequila soda mixed with cranberry juice and instructed to drink it to gain access to the event. According to the lawsuit, a business associate of Combs later led him from a large room with red lighting into a smaller room.
Inside this smaller room, he reportedly saw about a dozen individuals, including well-known figures, engaged in group-sex activities. The trainer began to feel “disoriented, dizzy, and weak,” far beyond what he expected from one drink, realizing he had been drugged.
“At this moment of realizing his significant impairment, Combs approached Plaintiff, removed his pants, and began performing non-consensual oral sex onto him,” the lawsuit claims. Combs then allegedly instructed the trainer to perform oral sex on another celebrity, referred to as “Celebrity A,” who subsequently “spit in his mouth.”
The lawsuit describes how the trainer, unable to resist due to the effects of the drug, felt “trapped inside his own body” and powerless to stop the events unfolding around him.
As the drugs took greater effect, he began losing consciousness. “While in and out of consciousness, individuals at the party forced [the] plaintiff into sexual acts with both men and women,” the lawsuit continues, adding that his physical state made it impossible for him to fend off the advances.
The trainer claims his last memory of the night was passing out, and he later woke up outside his apartment, disoriented, without his shirt or phone, and with no recollection of how he got there.
The lawsuit asserts that the trainer has suffered “severe emotional and psychological trauma, financial harm, and a significant loss of livelihood” as a result of the incident. He is seeking damages for “all physical injuries, emotional distress, psychological harm, anxiety, humiliation, physical and emotional pain and suffering, family and social disruption, and other harm.”
A photograph of a container allegedly used by Combs or his associates to administer GHB into alcoholic beverages is also included in the lawsuit.
Currently, Combs is being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, awaiting trial on separate sex trafficking charges.
