Eerie conspiracy theory you might want to pay attention to if you’ve never broken a bone in your life

Have you managed to live your entire life so far without having broken any bones within your body?

Well, if you answered ‘yes’, then you are very special, indeed – apparently, for four possible reasons.

Taking to Instagram recently, a self-professed medium and psychic named Rachel Stiles claimed there are several well-known conspiracy theories about people who’ve never broken a single bone.

One, she says, centres on the notion of protection. The second, suffering. Coming in third is a theory about reincarnation, and the fourth, connection. So, without further ado, let’s dive in to theory numero uno.

Protection

The alleged prophet shared a video of her four theories on social media recently, explaining each in detail and sparking vast debate in the comments – beginning with ‘Protection’.

“This theory means that you are being protected by people in the spirit world,” she penned.

“Depending on what you believe, this could be a spirit guide, angel, or a loved one who has passed, protecting you from the other side.”

Stiles then quotes the Biblical passage, Psalm 34, passages 19-20, which read: “The righteous person may have many troubles, but the Lord delivers him from the all.

“He protects all his bones, not one of them will be broken.”

Taking to the comments, one reader shared their own experience with this, teasing, ‘lol broken bone and emotional suffering but I feel divinely protected’, while another continued, ‘I am 78 and never broken a bone and I know I have guardian angel’.

Suffering

According to Stiles, this theory hinges upon the basis that some people haven’t ever broken a bone in this life because they are destined to hurt in an emotional capacity instead.

“To even the scales, you are given a stronger frame to bear the emotional suffering,” she wrote.

By the sounds of things, this theory has hit several of the psychic followers right in the feels, with one writing in the comments: “No broken bones here. The emotional suffering is something else though.”

Another jibed: “I got that premium emotional suffering package for sure hahahahaha.”

Reincarnation

Reincarnation – otherwise known as either ‘rebirth’ or ‘transmigration’ – is the belief that a person’s soul is reborn in a new body after death.

According to Stiles, not having broken any bones throughout the duration of your life so far could indicate, ‘symbolically’ that your ‘soul has developed strong spiritual bones through past lives’.

She continued: “You may have already faced and overcome challenges that taught you resilience, making the need for physical injuries less relevant in this life.

“If your soul experienced significant physical trauma or injury in a past life, you may have chosen a life in this incarnation where physical safety is emphasised.

Connection

The last of Stiles’ theory centres around the alleged sacredness of bones in many varying cultures around the world, and their connection to ‘ancestral wisdom’.

“To never break a bone could signify that you are deeply connected to your ancestors,” she wrote online. “And that their strength flows through you.”

This theory seemingly resonated with a handful of her followers, one of whom told their ‘divine’ story.

“I’ve done everything but break a done – and always would get mad when I was little that everyone got a cast and I didn’t,” they firstly confessed.

“Meanwhile I have ridden horses and jumped huge fences my entire life.. always sprains, strains and discomforts but never breaks. Many times I probably should have too. So wild. Divinely protected.”

“I embrace with my entire being, the ancestors flowing through me for good & purpose,” another claimed.

At just 49 years old, Peter Alexander was diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia (FTD) – the same condition that has affected Die Hard legend Bruce Willis and TV host Wendy Williams.

According to the Mayo Clinic, FTD is an umbrella term for a group of brain diseases that mainly impact the frontal and temporal lobes – areas of the brain responsible for personality, behavior, and language.

“In frontotemporal dementia, parts of these lobes shrink, known as atrophy,” the Mayo Clinic explains. “Symptoms depend on which part of the brain is affected. Some people with frontotemporal dementia have changes in their personalities.”

The symptoms vary depending on which part of the brain is affected. Some people experience personality changes, becoming “socially inappropriate, impulsive, or emotionally indifferent” while others struggle with language difficulties, losing the ability to properly communicate.

Now 56, Alexander – who is originally from England and lives in Northern Ireland with his wife Jill – has been forced to step away from work and focus on managing his health.

In a recent interview with BBC News, he revealed that it was a subtle change in his work habits that first hinted at a problem.

“I was starting to struggle to meet deadlines (at work), which had never been a problem before, and during meetings, I wouldn’t be able to think of a word when speaking,” he told the outlet.

Concerned about these issues, he booked an appointment with a neurologist and was sent for a scan which later revealed the devastating news.

“I remember the date very clearly, it was 14 January 2018 when the results came back and the doctor said: ‘Peter, I have diagnosed you with having frontotemporal dementia,'” he said.

The diagnosis meant Alexander had to leave his job. “I was basically told that it was no longer safe for me to work because I have diminished judgment and I was losing my filter, so it was a lot to adapt to,” he added.

Despite his diagnosis, Alexander refuses to let dementia define him.

“People think when you have dementia it’s only about forgetting things but it’s more complex, it can manifest in different ways,” he said. “I don’t want to be treated differently, it’s imperative that people actually see the person, see beyond the condition.”

He also highlighted the long, difficult road to diagnosis, explaining: “Sadly for many people, the diagnosis can take an awful long time and that puts an enormous amount of pressure on the family unit.”

Alexander insisted that deep down inside, he is still the same person. “I might not always be able to express it in the same way, but I’m still the same person I was, inside I’m still Peter,” he concluded.

Doctor shares horrifying scan showing patient’s legs after eating undercooked pork

Here’s a very simple reminder that you may want to leave that pork chop on the grill for a few minutes longer.

A doctor has taken to social media to share a concerning scan photo of a woman’s legs, before asking his followers what they thought the diagnosis could be.

Describing the image as “one of the craziest CT scans he’s ever seen”, Sam Ghali, M.D. – who boasts more than 630,000 followers on X – shared the image of a female patient’s legs.

However, white blotches could be seen all over the scan image, leading to concerns from followers.

After giving people 24 hours to guess what they thought the answer could be, Dr. Ghali revealed that the patient in question had been suffering from Cysticercosis, which he explained is the “infamous parasitic infection caused by ingestion of larval cysts of Taenia Solium, also known as: Pork Tapeworm”.

The National Organisation for Rare Disorders explains that “cysticercosis arises from the ingestion of the pork tapeworm’s eggs through fecal-oral contamination, and involves the development of cysts throughout the body, but not in the intestinal tract”.

Dr. Ghali explained in his follow-up tweet that “after the eggs are ingested (humans or pigs) they release larvae which penetrate the intestinal wall and invade into the bloodstream (via mesenteric venules) and from there can spread to literally anywhere in the entire body.”

The most common areas of the body, according to Dr. Ghali, are the “brain, eyes, subcutaneous tissues, and skeletal muscles”.

Wherever the larvae end up, they form cysts known as cysticerci.

The scan in the tweet shows the body’s natural inflammatory response to the cysticerci – which kills them off and causes calcification, known as “rice grain calcifications” due to their appearance.

What’s terrifying is what Dr. Ghali wrote next: “What can be really bad is when the larvae end up traveling up to the brain and form cysts in actual brain tissue. This specific condition is known as neurocysticercosis. It can lead to headaches, confusion, seizures, and other serious neurologic problems.”

The NORD adds that the condition “can affect anyone at any age and affects males and females in equal numbers”.

The organization adds that, in most cases, cysticercosis is benign and patients won’t need treatment. However, there are medications for those who do.

The World Health Organization adds that neurocysticercosis (NCC) can lead to epileptic seizures. According to WHO, Taenia solium is reportedly the cause of “30% of epilepsy cases in many endemic areas where people and roaming pigs live in close proximity.”

Additionally, “in high-risk communities, it can be associated with as many as 70% of epilepsy cases.”

“The treatment for cysticercosis located within the nervous system (neurocysticercosis) consists of antiparasitic therapy, corticosteroids, antiepileptic drugs, and/or surgery. Treatment is always individualized for each patient,” NORD adds.

In a final message to his followers, Dr. Ghali writes: “So the moral of the story here is do your best to keep clean, always wash your hands, and never, ever eat raw or undercooked pork.”

I may just be avoiding it altogether.

More and more people are complaining about 'Ozempic Butt' ahead of summer

More and more people are complaining about ‘Ozempic Butt’ ahead of summer

More and more people are complaining about ‘Ozempic Butt’ ahead of summer

As if we as a species did not have enough body hang-ups to worry about, the latest thing stressing some people out before bikini season is ‘Ozempic butt’.

The relatively new phenomenon has come about since the rise in popularity of the diabetes drug Ozemic (semaglutide), which came into circulation to help people with type 2 diabetes lose weight by curbing their appetite.

The drug is injected once a week and works by helping the pancreas make more insulin, decreasing the amount of glucose made by the liver, and slowing the rate food passes through the body, making the patient feel full longer, according to Drugs.com.

However, many people who have been using Ozempic for weight loss have discovered one side-effect they weren’t prepared for – Ozempic butt.

Alongside the weight loss achieved by taking Ozempic, many patients are finding it has had a less-than-desirable effect on their backsides, leaving them flat and droopy.

Jess Loren, 39, who lost over 75lb after starting Ozempic when she weighed 227lb, told the New York Post of her experience, explaining: “My dad said, ‘You don’t have a butt anymore.’

“I try on bathing suits and I’ve got ‘ghost a**,’ or what people online call ‘Ozempic butt.'”

While there are many official side-effects that can occur from Ozempic, such as nausea or vomiting, and even pancreatitis among others, ‘Ozempic butt’ is not officially listed as a side-effect in the medication’s guidelines.

However, rapid weight loss can often cause formerly full areas of the body to sag – and it’s not just the butts that are being affected.

Celebrities such as Jessica Simpson and Scott Disick have been accused of ending up with ‘Ozempic face’, which is where the rapid weight loss causes the cheeks to appear gaunt and the eyes to sink in.

Dr. Iman Saleh, Northwell Health Clinical Assistant Professor, OB/GYN Department and Director of Obesity Medicine, South Shore University Hospital, told People: “The faces are saggy, they lose their fat content in their face, there are increased wrinkles.

“Some people look a little bit more aged. People have noticed that there’s more hollowing around their eyes because of the loss of the texture or the fat content that is in the face.”

‘Ozempic face’ and ‘Ozempic butt’ is also not down to the drug itself, but the method of weight loss, with rapid and significant changes in weight causing the skin to sag, which can only be avoided by losing weight slowly rather than all at once.

Others have also reported the same effect on their cleavage, with ‘Ozempic breasts’ also becoming a side-effect of the fast weight loss these medications can sometimes create.

Saleh explained: “People who have had weight-loss surgeries will have the same effect. So, it’s not the medications itself that are causing this.

“It’s the rapid weight loss that is occurring with the use of these medications that are giving those the Ozempic face and the Ozempic breast and the Ozempic butt.”

The average recommended weight loss is around “1 to 2 pounds a week”, which will allow the skin to bounce back as the body gradually shrinks.

To avoid a saggy butt, Saleh recommended: “Increase of protein in their diet is very important. Increase of exercise, resistance bands.

“In terms of the buttocks, [do] more squats, more to increase muscle to compensate really for the fat loss.”

And it’s not just the aesthetics that Ozempic can have an effect on, as some women who were previously struggling to conceive have found they have fallen pregnant after taking Ozempic.

Saleh explained that there is a scientific reason for it, revealing: “Even if it’s a 5- or 10-pound weight loss, this can actually have patients resume ovulation and be able to get pregnant.

“Our fat cells produce estrogen and estrogen can have a negative effect on our ovaries in terms of decreased or dysfunction of ovulation. It can also have negative effects on our endometrial lining.”

And while the weight loss can aid conception, Ozempic is not a fertility drug and should also not be used during pregnancy, with manufacturer Novo Nordisk (which creates a similar product named Wegovy”, recommending it’s stopped “at least 2 months before a planned pregnancy due to the long washout period for semaglutide.”

And, as with most ‘quick fixes’ for weight loss, there’s a high chance of a person regaining all the weight they lost once they stop taking it, if they haven’t changed their eating or exercise habits alongside it.

The viral incident unfolded on a GOL Airlines flight from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, to Belo Horizonte on December 4.

Jeniffer Castro – a bank worker in Brazil – refused to give up her window seat to a young boy.

The child reportedly already had a window seat in a different row but threw a tantrum, insisting on sitting in Castro’s assigned seat, News.com.au reports.

The 29-year-old stood her ground, declining to swap places with him. That decision didn’t sit well with the irate mother of the child, who decided to film the exchange while berating Castro.

Watch the video below:

In the clip, the woman behind the camera can be heard asking: “Why doesn’t she want to change seats? I even asked if she has some kind of syndrome or something. If someone has a problem, some disability, we understand.”

“I’m recording your face, this is disgusting. It’s the 21st century and people have no empathy for children,” she added, translated from Portuguese to English (per The Sun).

Despite the passenger’s insults, Castro remained calm, only asking if she was being recorded.

The footage quickly went viral on TikTok. Instead of condemning Castro, online users rallied to her defense.

Many praised her calm demeanor and supported her decision not to give in to pressure. “I admire her patience, lol,” one user wrote on TikTok, while another applauded her for keeping herself composed like a “diva”.

A third said: “I’m with you Jennifer Castro, the mother has to educate her children,” and a fourth added: ” I’m a mother and I would never do something like that… I wish I had that inner peace like Jenifer.”

Castro addressed the ordeal during a recent appearance on the Cola Mais Podcast. She revealed plans to take legal action against the airline and the passenger who filmed her.

“Measures are now being taken,” she said, per New York Post. “What I went through wasn’t easy. The flight attendants could have asked me if I need anything, or if I was bothered by the passenger, but they didn’t. They stayed out of it.”

She recounted the tense flight, explaining that when she got on the plane, the child was in her seat. “I said, ‘This is my seat,’ and waited for him to leave,” she shared.

“A guy across the aisle said, ‘Change with him, you sit next to the aisle and he’ll have your place.’ I said, ‘No.’ The boy cried the entire flight, it was around 50 minutes. The mother was very rude,” she added.

Despite the backlash she’s faced from some corners of the internet, the woman says she’s grateful for the support. “I’m happy about all the support I received, although there were some online haters too. I still don’t know how to feel about it — I’m still trying to process everything.”

Emily Skvarch, who goes by the handle @future4caster on TikTok, revealed in a video that they identify as “tri-gender”.

“I figured it’s about time that I came out and talked about my gender identity,” the TikToker said. “I am trigender, which means like a triangle. I have three genders: male, female, and non-binary.”

Skvarch explained the difference between trigender and being gender-fluid, sharing: “I feel all three of these genders at the same time. All the time. It doesn’t ever shift or change, or I feel one gender more strongly than the other like gender-fluid tends to be.”

Watch the video below:

The user, who boasts 583.2K followers on the platform, said they should “recognize and accept that a lot of people don’t see non-binary as a third gender, they see it as something completely separate from the binary of male and female”.

“But for me, it’s like a third gender,” they continued. “Or I guess you could call it a third identity.”

Skvarch said how they feel “gender-wise” is like a man, like a woman, and as neither “at the same time”. They also added in the caption of the video that they are “trans”.

Many people on social media commended the TikToker after explaining their gender identity.

One user applauded Skvarch for being “happy and comfortable with how they describe their identity” while another said: “I’m happy they’re in a place where they feel comfortable sharing their truth. Wishing them well!”

A third chimed in: “They seem comfortable in their identity which is so much more than many can say for themselves. Good for them!! I hope we can all find that sort of comfort, confidence, and certainty in ourselves.”

According to the gender wiki, there are three key aspects of trigender identity.

The first one is multiplicity, which “involves identifying with three specific genders,” and the second is fluidity – which means: “Some trigender individuals may transition between their three genders, while others might experience them concurrently.”

The third is diverse combinations, which is explained as: “The three genders can be any mix of binary (male, female) and non-binary identities.

“Trigender falls under the broader category of multigender identities, which encompass experiences of multiple genders,” the page wrote. “It’s distinct from bigender (identifying with two genders) and polygender (identifying with multiple genders, not limited to three).”

How one experiences life as a trigender is “unique to each individual” as it is “influenced by personal feelings, cultural background, and societal context”.

Intimacy expert explains how often married couples should be having sex

An intimacy expert has opened up about how often married couples should be rolling around together between the sheets.

Now, we all know that the start of relationships can be full of excitement, electricity, and lust.

But what happens when that initial spark fades and you’re left juggling household chores, paying bills, children and wondering, “Is our bedroom game… okay?”

If this sounds familiar (and let’s be real, it probably does if you clicked on this article), don’t panic. Help is here!

Enter Juli Slattery, a US-based clinical psychologist and intimacy expert who’s all about helping couples navigate the highs and lows of their romantic relationships. She runs a website dedicated to all things sex and relationships and recently shared some wisdom in her video titled, How Often Should Married Couples Have Sex?

GettyImages-892967862 (5).jpg

Some couples may see frequency in the bedroom fizzle out – but don’t be alarmed. Credit: Peter Cade/Getty

Quality Over Quantity

In her video, Slattery argues that couples should focus on cultivating deeper intimacy rather than obsessing over a magic number.

“I think it’s important to think about the quality of sexual intimacy within your marriage,” she says. “Is it just a perpetual ‘hooking up’ because you’re supposed to? Or is it a journey of communication, sharing, and fun?”

While she notes that studies show most married couples tend to have sex about once a week, she’s quick to remind us that there’s no “one-size-fits-all” approach.

“If your desires and your level of intimacy, fun, and interaction is more than that… that’s your normal,” Slattery explains. She emphasizes that what works for one couple may not work for another, as factors like stress, health, and individual preferences all play a role.

That being said, over on Slattery’s website, Authentic Intimacy, she admits that research suggests “that couples who have sex at least once a week have greater relationship satisfaction”. However – once again – she stresses that numbers aren’t everything, and that some couples “may actually need to take a break from sex in order to build true sexual intimacy”.

This is echoed by Dr. Logan Levkoff – who holds a PhD in human sexuality, marriage and family life education from New York University – who told NBC News: “We have lots of expectations about how relationships are ‘supposed’ to look.”

Much like Slattery, Levkoff insists “there is no ‘normal'”.

Married or Not, Intimacy Is Key

While much of Slattery’s advice comes from a Christian perspective with a focus on marriage, she insists that the principles of intimacy and connection apply to all long-term relationships—wedding rings optional.

Experts say there is no “normal”, but that intimacy is key. Credit: Erdark/Getty

“The most important thing is that you work towards being on the same page and you’re actually building intimacy together,” she says.

“If you’re desires and your level of intimacy, fun and interaction is more than that… that’s your normal,” she adds.

And let’s be honest: skipping the wedding aisle doesn’t mean skipping out on a meaningful partnership. After all, weddings can be super expensive (and who needs that stress, anyway?).

Take the Pressure Off

So, if you’ve been stressing about your after-hours activities, Slattery’s advice is a breath of fresh air. Instead of worrying about what everyone else is doing — or how often they’re doing it — focus on building a connection that feels right for you and your partner.

At the end of the day, there’s no “normal” number when it comes to intimacy. As Slattery puts it, “It’s a journey of communication, sharing, and fun.”

So, whether your bedroom is buzzing seven days a week or just occasionally, remember: it’s all about what works for you.

Woman who slept with 919 men in a day before Bonnie Blue’s new record reveals heartbreaking reason she did it

A woman who held the world record for sleeping with 919 men in a day has opened up about her experiences and why she attempted it.

You’ve probably seen that British adult star Bonnie Blue has claimed to have broken the world record by sleeping with 1057 men in a single day.

But before Bonnie came Lisa Sparks, who held the record with 919 men which she set back in 2004, per the Mirror.

Sparks set the record during an event in Poland, where she beat other competitors by a margin of 21 men.

However, despite the apparent triumph Sparks holds deep regrets and views the event as a stain on her otherwise successful adult entertainment career that spanned across two decades.

The record set in 2004 involved 45-second intervals per participant, with assistants, referred to as “flutters,” ensuring a steady flow.

However, Sparks described the experience as a “complete s**t show,” and revealed that she only took par for financial reasons.

In a post on her website last year, Sparks recounted the challenges surrounding the event, including intervention by the Polish government, which reportedly threatened to arrest participants. To avoid legal issues, the event was relocated to a secret warehouse.

“I was disappointed but was excited to fly home and not spend any time in a foreign jail,” Sparks said per the Sun, adding that her Wikipedia page was removed after the event for reasons she still does not understand.

Despite her win, Sparks expressed deep regret about her participation.

“To be completely transparent with you all; this event is the one thing I regret doing in the 21+ years in the p*rn industry to this day,” she said.

However, Bonnie seems unfazed by her record breaking day and appears quite celebratory.

She shared the announcement on social media, boasting that she “feels fine” following the event.

Bonnie thanked the “barely legal” teens and “all the husbands” who participated and noted that the first few hours were particularly challenging.

“I would have struggled if the 12-hour event had continued the way it was going for the first few hours,” Bonnie said, describing the atmosphere as a “rotating circle” of participants in a “full room.”

According to Bonnie’s PR representative, she reached her total by continuing past 1,000 participants to include the remaining 57 men in line before concluding the event.

The logistics of such a feat would require less than 60 seconds per participant over the 720-minute timeframe.

She shared videos of herself following the day, claiming that it had a beneficial impact on her skin.

Last November, Blue faced backlash for planning a “free sex marathon” for Australian teenage school leavers, intending to post the content online.

Her plans were thwarted when the Australian Department of Home Affairs canceled her visitor visa, citing concerns about her intention to undertake paid work, which was against the visa’s conditions.

Horrifying simulation details how a teenager survived falling 10,000 feet after plane she was on was struck by lightning

A terrifying simulation has amassed thousands of views after detailing how a teenager became the sole survivor of a tragic plane crash.

On Christmas Eve in 1971, 17-year-old Juliane Koepcke sat by the window of LANSA Flight 508, unfazed as dark clouds gathered outside. Minutes later, her life changed forever.

A lightning strike sent the aircraft plummeting, breaking apart mid-air and leaving her alone, strapped to her seat, hurtling toward the Amazon rainforest, per The Washington Post.

Koepcke miraculously survived the 10,000-foot fall. But her fight to safety was just beginning: for 11 days, she braved the Amazon jungle, injured and alone, before being rescued.

Her story of resilience became one of history’s most astonishing survival tales, with YouTuber Zack D. Films creating a simulation of Koepcke’s experience, sharing her story with a whole new generation:

The journey began uneventfully. Koepcke and her mother, Maria, were flying from Lima to Pucallpa, Peru, to reunite with her father, Hans-Wilhelm, for Christmas. The teenage girl, fresh off her high school graduation, settled into her favorite window seat.

About 20 minutes before landing, turbulence shook the plane. Packages and suitcases tumbled as passengers grew anxious. Then, lightning struck the aircraft’s right wing.

“My mother is no longer at my side, and I’m no longer in the airplane,” Koepcke wrote in her memoir, When I Fell From the Sky. “At an altitude of about ten thousand feet, I’m alone. And I’m falling, slicing through the sky…”

As the plane disintegrated, Koepcke, still strapped to her seat, fell into the rainforest canopy. She has no memory of hitting the ground.

When she awoke the next morning, her collarbone was broken, her glasses gone, and her dress torn. Yet she was alive. “The forest saved my life,” she later wrote, crediting the dense foliage with cushioning her fall.

Koepcke’s parents were scientists who had raised her in the Amazon, founding a research station called Panguana. Her father’s advice about surviving in the wild echoed in her mind: find water and follow it downstream. Water leads to people.

For days, she trudged through the jungle, battling hunger, exhaustion, and insects. She ate only a bag of sweets from the crash site. On the tenth day, she stumbled upon a boat and a nearby shack.

Initially thinking the boat was a hallucination, she touched it, realizing it was real. The next day, she was found by local fishermen, who treated her wounds and reunited her with her father.

“We didn’t exchange a lot of words,” she recalled to Vice. “But we had each other again.”

In the crash, all 91 others aboard the flight perished, including her mother. “Why was I the only survivor?” Koepcke reflected years later. “The thought haunts me. It always will.”

She pursued her parents’ passion for science, earning a doctorate in biology and returning to Panguana to study bats. Now the research station’s director, she calls it her “sanctuary.”

More than 50 years later, Koepcke’s story resonates.

Koepcke acknowledges the lingering trauma of her experience but finds peace in her work. “The grief about my mother’s death and that of the other people came back again and again,” she said. “But I’ve found meaning in life, and that helps me cope.”

In the comments section of Zack D. Films’ post, social media users were amazed by Koepcke’s incredible will to survive.

“In school we learned about her. Julianne Koepcke is her name. Even tho she lost her mom and went through the suffering of the jungle, she was still able to make it out when others couldn’t. Being one of the amazing feats if survival,” one person commented.

A second added: “Her surviving this is absolutely amazing.”

“She’s the definition of never give up,” another wrote, with a fourth adding: “That is such a miracle.”

Her extraordinary story remains a testament to resilience, courage, and the will to survive against all odds.
