Orange is the New Black star Taryn Manning has left fans concerned after appearing unrecognizable.

The 46-year-old was seen looking very different, posing on the trunk of a car with a Trump sticker on the bumper. She was wearing a white tracksuit and T-shirt with white trainers. Her hair was long and covering the sides of her face.

She seemed to be disoriented and had red scratch marks on her hands. See below:

Known best in her role as Tiffany ‘Pennsatucky’ Doggett in OITNB, the star grew up in a trailer park with her mom and brother.

She recently landed a leading role in an indie drama called Out Come The Wolves. Filming began in Portland, Oregon.

She was previously admitted to a psychiatric hospital called Silver Hill in nearby Connecticut back in 2016, after suffering a breakdown on the Orange Is the New Black set.

The star checked out after two days and worked beside a sober companion for a month.

She claimed, that she ‘doesn’t have a problem, nor does she partake in drugs of any kind.’

‘I’ve never even seen methamphetamine. Nothing. Never. I’m not saying I’ve never done drugs. I’ve made it clear [on Instagram] that I used to do a bump here and there, but not anymore,’ she said ‘I call it the devil’s dandruff — can’t stand it.’
