The reality TV star, who has lost 500-Ib, has surprised fans with a major update by showing off her new look.
She’s revealed the results of her long-anticipated skin removal surgery, which includes a more defined jawline following the removal of excess skin from her chin.
Many fans were stunned by the changes.
One person commented: “Your neck looks amazing, Tammy,” while another added: “Tammy! You had skin removal on your face! You look so good! Love it! So proud of you and your accomplishments.”
Admirers also acknowledged her emotional and physical progress, with one fan penning: “Got the surgery!!! Am so proud of you. I’m glad the old Tammy is gone. The new and the real Tammy has appeared! Keep going, mami, you got this.”

TLC viewers have been treated to a number of ‘after’ snaps on Tammy’s social media pages, with the most recent being uploaded to TikTok on Sunday (20 July).
The clip features 11 new images of the star, giving the fans both selfies and full body shots.
Before being approved for the surgery, she opened up in an interview with People, about her apprehensions.
The TV personality admitted that she was more nervous about her skin removal, which took place earlier this year (18 January), than she was about undergoing bariatric surgery.
She said: “After six years and losing over 500 pounds, I was finally approved for surgery.
“I was just overwhelmed with excitement. I worked really hard for this, and now it’s here.
“I was, however, really nervous for the skin removal surgery, because I was really just kind of afraid of how I’m gonna feel looking at myself without the belly there.”
Speaking to E! News, she added: “I’m so used to seeing all this hanging [from] my arms, and now when I wake up Sunday or Saturday, I’m not going to have this anymore.
“It’s scary but rewarding at the same time.”
The reality TV star’s emotional and physical transformation has been documented throughout season 7 of 1000-Ib Sisters, including footage of her budding romance with Andrea, beginning with a sweet bowling alley date.
