The Netflix show has an impressive 80 percent rating on Rotten Tomatoes but not everyone is happy with one scene

A Netflix drama series about a famous porn star had viewers in such a state of shock some threatened to cancel their subscriptions.

Supersex is loosely based on the life of Rocco Siffredi, a pornographic actor who has starred in more than 1,300 adult films.

He’s now the subject matter and main inspiration behind Netflix’s highly provocative series.

According to the streaming service’s official description, the seven-part drama follows ‘how and when Rocco Tano – a simple guy from Ortona became Rocco Siffredi, the most famous pornstar in the world.’

The series has an impressive 80 percent rating on Rotten Tomatoes, but it turns out not everyone is happy.

It’s safe to say directors did not shy away from filming raunchy scenes and this led to a mixed reaction from viewers, some of whom were outraged about a show focusing on the life of a pornographic actor.

A clip from Supersex was shared and deleted on Netflix’s official Instagram account, IGV reports, and one viewer complained: “Now we have porn on Netflix as well? Cancelling the account while we speak, my kids can’t see this.”

The drama has been rated strictly for viewers 18 and over because of its sexual content.

And one scene in particular from episode six got viewers riled up.

After the death of his mother in the episode, Rocco has an encounter at the funeral with one of his mother’s friends who offers her condolences and performs fellatio on him.

One viewer wrote: “I watched Supersex, which was compelling and interesting. Until, episode six mid-way. It was appalling, disrespectful and uncalled for. I’m talking about the cemetery scene.

“Before this episode, I would have given a thumbs up. So messed up.”

Another viewer wrote on Twitter: “Yes, I know, complaining about too many sex scenes in Supersex is like complaining about too many car races in Fast & Furious. But also a few less, eh.”

Siffredi himself spoke with the Hollywood Reporter to defend the X-rated series.

Addressing how Supersex is told from the point of view of two women, the porn star said: “[Director] Francesca Mazzoleni is forward, she has a great head and also a way of looking at things that I really like.”

He also had plenty of praise for Alessandro Borghi, the actor who plays him, by stating that ‘no one else in Italy could play me’.

Borghi told Italian news outlet Today that he filmed a whopping 50 sex scenes in just 95 days.

If you want to have a go counting how many sex scenes there are in the show, Supersex is available to stream now.

Rosalind Walker, 80, was allegedly pinned by her Sleep Number bed

An elderly grandmother has died after allegedly being trapped against a wall for two days by her bed.

According to a lawsuit, Rosalind Walker, 80, was pinned by her Sleep Number bed, which left her stuck in between the bed and the wall of her bedroom.

It occurred on 1 March 2023, after the lawsuit described how it ‘lowered itself without warning’ on the unsuspecting grandmother.

Walker, from Godfrey, Illinois, wasn’t found until two days later on 3 March and emergency response was able to remove her from in between the bed and wall.

She was then taken to hospital for treatment before succumbing to her injuries.

According to the court documents seen by the Daily Mail, Walker’s daughter, Angela Moan states that the elderly woman was taken to a rehab facility before being brought home into hospice care.

Moan is suing Sleep Number, the bed company, as well as manufacturer Leggett & Platt.

She claims that for the month up until her mother died on 3 April 2023 she ‘suffered the entire time’ and is seeking more than $25,000 compensation for the suffering caused and related medical bills.

Ted Gianaris, Moan’s lawyer told the St. Louis Post-Dispatch: “Mrs. Walker was trapped for two days and then she died.

“Something as common as an adjustable bed should not trap an elderly person. We look forward to hearing from Sleep Number about why it did not sell a safer bed.”

The reason Moan is targeting Sleep Number is because it allegedly ‘designed and sold a bed that did not have adequate instructions or cautionary language, alerting Mrs. Walker not to go between the bed and the wall as she could be trapped.’

“Sleep Number Corporation is strictly liable for Mrs. Walker’s injuries, her suffering, and her death,” the complaint says. “The Sleep Number Bed was defective and unreasonably dangerous in its design and lack of warning.”

The documents also claimed that both companies ‘designed, manufactured, marketed, sold and warrantied the Sleep Number bed’ and ‘designed and sold a bed that did not have an adequate audible warning alerting Mrs. Walker it was declining’.

Another issue is that it ‘did not have an appropriate release mechanism which would have allowed Mrs. Walker to free herself’.

The suit added: “This negligence was the proximate cause of Mrs. Walker’s injuries, suffering, and she died.”

It also noted that the bed supposedly ‘lowered with such force’ that Walker could not free herself.

Sleep Number said on Thursday 12 December in a statement to NBC News: “We understand that this incident is alleged to have occurred in March 2023; we were notified of the alleged incident after the lawsuit was filed this week, December 10. We extend our sincere condolences to the family of Ms. Walker for their tragic loss.

“Currently, our legal team is reviewing the lawsuit. Sleep Number stands by the design and safety of its products and is complying with any necessary inquiries or actions.”

Leggett & Platt, the manufacturer said Friday 13 December, with Jennifer Davis, the Executive Vice President of General Counsel, saying: “First and foremost, we want to extend our condolences to the family of Ms. Walker. We take all incidents seriously and are committed to fully understanding the circumstances surrounding this situation.

“Our legal team is reviewing the available information and is committed to providing our full cooperation with the legal process.”

Two-year-old Isabella Jonas-Wheildon’s body was found with ‘traumatic injuries’

A British couple have now been sentenced following the death of a two-year-old girl.

Scott Jeff, 24, and Chelsea Gleason-Mitchell, 24, were spotted on CCTV smiling and laughing together as they pushed the body of the deceased toddler in a stroller in June 2023.

The pair, from Bedfordshire, had arrived at temporary housing in Ipswich days before the murder of two-year-old Isabella Jonas-Wheildon, Gleason-Mitchell’s daughter.

Ipswich Crown Court heard how Isabella suffered ‘psychological torment’ and ‘physical trauma’ at the hands of Jeff and his ‘evil temper’.

Her body was found with ‘traumatic injuries’ in a locked bathroom on June 30 last year, it is believed she died four days earlier.

The couple had previously attempted to hide the injuries that the two-year-old had sustained.

Isabella’s medical cause of death was recorded as ‘bone marrow embolism caused by skeletal trauma’.

Earlier this week, the pair were sentenced following their arrest in July 2023.

Jeff was sentenced to life with a minimum of 26 years for murder while the child’s mother was acquitted of murder but was given 10 years after admitting to causing or allowing the death of a child.

Nikki Miller, of the Crown Prosecution Service, issued a statement following the sentencing of the pair.

She said: “In her short life Isabella Wheildon faced repeated and prolonged acts of abuse.

“Scott Jeff’s violent attacks and the lack of protection provided by her mother Chelsea Gleason-Mitchell showed a total disregard for her welfare by the very people who should have been keeping her safe from harm.

“Using forensic and digital evidence, the Crown Prosecution Service presented to the jury the full extent of Jeff and Gleason-Mitchell’s abhorrent actions, including how they deliberately concealed Isabella’s injuries using clothing, blankets, and sunglasses – and how, when Isabella tragically died from her injuries, they covered up her body and moved it around the local area in a buggy.

“Scott Jeff and Chelsea Gleason-Mitchell have now been sentenced for their crimes and will rightly face significant terms of imprisonment.

“I truly hope that today’s outcome can provide some comfort to those who will always love and remember Isabella.”

Police have since released the harrowing CCTV footage showing the pair walking around with the stroller before they were arrested.

High Court judge Justice Neil Garnham condemned the couple for the severity of their crimes and their character.

He said: “There she was, a two-year-old child, totally dependent on the two of you.

“Jeff, you subjected that defenseless little girl to a brutal campaign of violence and those attacks were monstrous. She feared what was going to happen next.

“Gleason-Mitchell, you are a weak and spineless person and pathetically desperate. Isabella must have looked to you for your help but you did nothing.

“It is perfectly clear to me that her killing has had a devastating effect on her family and the lives of all of them will be permanently disfigured.

“You two are responsible for all this pain.”

You’ll want to re-think your sleeping habits after this…

Between screen time, work commitments and the stress of life, it can be hard to get enough shut-eye.

Experts suggest that adults should sleep between seven and nine hours a night, and those who sleep less than seven hours may have more health issues than those who sleep more than seven hours, according to the National Institutes of Health. However, 57 percent of Americans recently said they need more sleep in a 2024 Gallup poll.

A separate analysis by the sleep tracking application Sleep Cycle analysed over 15 million hours of sleep across America, and the findings, which were published in 2023, uncovered that Hawaii, Nevada and Maryland have the worst sleep in the country.

On the flip side, Montana, Colorado and Vermont are the states that are sleeping the best, Sleep Review reports.

Spending more valuable time sleeping is easier said than done for many people. But a new study on the impact a lack of sleep can have on our bodies may encourage you to go to bed earlier tonight.

A British bedding and mattress company has collaborated with a self-described ‘sleep evangelist’ to create a harrowing 3D model of what our bodies may look like in 25 years if we regularly miss out on sleep.

Bensons for Beds teamed up with Dr. Sophie Bostock to present renderings of what a female body could look like in 2050 if she typically gets around six hours of sleep a night. This is just one hour less than the recommended seven hours.

It’s not just a case of getting more beauty sleep to look more refreshed. Being deprived of sleep can have catastrophic long-term impacts on our body.

The 3D model — named Hannah — has very obvious physical signs of long-term sleep deprivation, with thinning hair, a hunched posture, and aged skin. She was created using academic studies on the impact of losing sleep. These physical markers have also been inspired by how a lack of sleep impacts our health from the inside out.

Sleep deprivation has been linked to a number of health issues (JJ Shim)

Dr. Bostock said: “Hannah is a thought-provoking illustration of the holistic impact that sleep has on maintaining overall health. Studies show that prolonged sleep deficiency can put you at a higher risk for conditions that may impact the heart — including obesity, heart disease and Type 2 diabetes.”

A lack of sleep has been linked to visible signs of skin ageing, including sagging skin, baggy eyes, and droopy mouths.

Missing out on sleep can also lead to memory loss and poor immunity, putting you at a higher risk of catching a cold or the flu. It is also linked with impaired cognitive functioning, high blood pressure, diabetes, increased inflammation, depression, and kidney issues.

“Hannah is a worst-case scenario prediction of what could happen to somebody if they do everything badly in terms of poor sleep routine and poor mattress support,” explained Lisa Richards, Marketing Director at Bensons.

“The reason we wanted to create this model was to make people think more carefully about their overall sleep experience. Using this visual makes it easier for people to identify with the issue and the key signs.”

Right, off to bed then…

The actor was accused of ‘relentless abuse’ by his former partner FKA Twigs in a 2020 lawsuit

Although most of us couldn’t escape from seeing Shia LaBeouf on our TV screens growing up, that isn’t the case these days.

The actor, 38, stepped back from the spotlight after his ex-girlfriend FKA Twigs filed a lawsuit in 2020 accusing him of physical and emotional abuse during their relationship.

He controversially stepped out at the Cannes Film Festival in May for his first red carpet appearance in years, but apart from that, he’s laid considerably low since the claims went public.

LaBeouf has denied the allegations made by the UK musician and a trial was supposed to take place this year, however, it has now been pushed back to September next year by a US judge.

In the wake of the claims made by FKA Twigs – real name Tahliah Debrett Barnett – the Transformers star shared a statement addressing the allegations.

He told the New York Times: “I have no excuses for my alcoholism or aggression, only rationalisations. I have been abusive to myself and everyone around me for years. I have a history of hurting the people closest to me.

“I’m ashamed of that history and am sorry to those I hurt.”

LaBeouf then revealed he was taking a hiatus from Hollywood and was seeking help at an inpatient facility in 2021.

The same year, Twigs opened up about her relationship with LaBeouf in an interview with Elle.

“I love what I do, and [filming Honey Boy] was an incredible experience,” she told the outlet. “But then I ended up being preyed upon. At what point does Hollywood stop looking at money and start looking at people’s safety?”

LaBeouf has since said that he ‘denies all allegations’ posed in the sexual battery lawsuit, despite him publicly discussing the validity of the allegations.

During an appearance on the Real Ones with Jon Bernthal podcast in 2022, the Even Stevens actor alluded to the case without referring to his former partner by name.

“I hurt that woman,” LaBeouf said. “And in the process of doing that, I hurt many other people and many other people before that woman. I was a pleasure-seeking, selfish, self-centred, dishonest, inconsiderate, fearful human being.”

LaBeouf then added: “Had she not intervened in my life and not created the avenue for me to experience ego death, I’d either have a really mediocre existence or I’d be dead in full.”

He told Bernthal that he wanted to find his ‘purpose’ in life while also getting through the ‘long list of people that he needs to make amends to’.

LaBeouf also spoke of his desire to be a good father to his daughter Isabel, who he shares with his wife Mia Goth.

“I have now until she’s literate to create a relationship with her where she knows me more than this idea of who I am in the public,” he said.

Speaking to the Hollywood Reporter in October 2023, LaBeouf also addressed the backlash he had received and how he dealt with criticism.

“If you spend all your time reading about the way the internet views you, you forget about any love that exists in the world,” he said. “And if you have an obsessive myopic alcoholic mind, it’s really easy to write these narratives where you just give up.

The actor added: “I got a fault-finding mind, and my outlook already swings negative, so if my life is swinging a little bit negatively, it’s really hard to stay afloat.”

Much to the surprise of fans, it is reported that LaBeouf had decided to become a deacon in January this year after starring in the Padre Pio biopic as the saint.

Friars in the US who had helped the former Disney star prepare to take on the role of Pio announced that the actor had converted to Catholicism.

His confirmation sponsor and Capuchin friar, Alexander Rodriguez, then revealed that LaBeouf had set his sights on becoming a deacon ‘sometime in the future’.

Following his lead role in Padre Pio, LaBeouf then joined the cast of Francis Ford Coppola’s sci-fi drama Megalopolis, which debuted in September this year.

He’s also recently finished shooting an upcoming British boxing film which he will star in, titled Salvable, alongside Toby Kebbell and Michael Socha.

The young content creator has been very open about her virginity

Sophie Rain has revealed that ‘multiple companies’ have offered her a staggering amount of cash for her to lose her virginity on camera.

20-year-old Rain claims to have made $43 million in a year from OnlyFans, despite only working in the controversial line of work.

While Rain creates NSFW content for the platform, she insists that she’s still a virgin.

Now companies are bidding a staggering amount for her to lose her virginity – or her ‘V card’, as Rain puts it.

Speaking to fellow social media star Camilla Araújo on her podcast, Rain said ‘multiple companies’ have approached her.

She hasn’t shared an exact figure, but Rain doesn’t seem to be in a rush to lose her virginity on camera no matter how big it is.

Discussing the offer, Rain said: “Why would I do that?”

Rain might not have disclosed an amount that she’s been offered, but CamSoda is said to have offered her $250,000 for a ‘virginal show’.

“Your debut would be a masterclass in proving that you don’t need to go all the way to make people go all in,” CamSoda’s Vice President Daryn Parker said in a statement, as per MailOnline.

“Let’s give our viewers a front-row seat to the phenomenon that has men falling to their knees (and reaching for their wallets) while you stay fully clothed,” he said.

“Your story of rising from food stamps to $43 million is nothing short of iconic, and we believe your success and creativity can inspire models and viewers alike.

“Plus, let’s be honest – who wouldn’t want to see what the most lucrative virgin in the game has to say?”

Away from losing her V plates on camera, Rain is said to rake in a staggering $4 million a month from OnlyFans.

A fellow adult industry star has refuted this though.

Adam Grandmaison penned on Twitter: “Everyone I’ve talked to who works in the OnlyFans industry agrees these numbers are fake and would kindly request you post screen recordings.”

The podcaster and creator went on to say: “I’m not ‘mad’ I just think y’all should know this is marketing and not news. Yea she’s very popular but her management team are faking her numbers to get media attention (and it’s working).”

$4 million or $400,000 a month – either figure is nothing to complain about should that be your take-home salary every four weeks.

Luigi Mangione was arrested following the death of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson

Suspected shooter Luigi Mangione was reported missing by his family in November and CCTV images of him ignited suspicions, law enforcement sources have said.

Mangione, 26, remains in police custody after being arrested and charged with the murder of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, 50.

Thompson was walking to an insurance conference in New York City on December 4 when he was shot from behind outside of the Hilton Hotel.

Following the shooting, video footage of the incident began to circulate on social media and police called on the public for more information about the identity of the alleged killer.

This included revealing images of an individual they wished to speak to in connection with the crime.

Cops finally caught up with the suspect as Mangione was sitting at a table in the rear of a McDonald’s in Altoona, Pennsylvania, wearing a blue medical mask and looking at a laptop, documents state.

However, the day prior, it’s been reported that Mangione’s mother spoke to the FBI and the police about a possible connection between the person police wanted to speak to and her son.

This came after the San Francisco police contacted the FBI about the identity of the man in that photo. The tip from them came on December 6 and police contacted Mangione’s mother two days later, law enforcement sources have said.

After speaking with his mother, Mangione was arrested at the McDonald’s restaurant, officials have said.

According to law enforcement sources, as per the New York Post, she had told them her son bore a resemblance to the suspect.

She had reported him missing to San Francisco police the month prior on November 18 and claimed she had not spoken to her son since July 1 and was not aware of his whereabouts.

Republican Maryland state legislator Nino Mangione issued the family’s statement in a post on social media.

It read: “Our family is shocked and devastated by Luigi’s arrest

“We offer our prayers to the family of Brian Thompson and we ask people to pray for all involved.”

On Tuesday (December 10), the computer science graduate – who is understood to have come from a wealthy family in a Maryland community, and was raised in Towson, outside of Baltimore – entered a plea of not guilty.

On the same day, his defense attorney Tom Dickey, of Pennsylvania, spoke to the press on behalf of his client.

He said: “If the government charges a person with a crime they have to prove that, and they have to have some evidence.”

Woman shares mind-blowing discovery on why all Greek statues have very small penises

It’s something to think about next time you go to a museum

Have you ever been walking around a museum and wondered to yourself why heroic Ancient Grecian statues all had small penises— well, the answer may surprise you.

The Ancient Greeks lived from around 1200 BCE to 323 BCE. The civilization, famed for influencing modern drama with its plays and sweeping epics, developed the heliocentric model, made major contributions to math and had a real way with chisels marble blocks.

Some of the most famous sculptures crafted by these archaic artists are still available to view today, including the marble Kritios Boy, Discobolus by Myron and The Artemision Bronze, which is thought to represent the King of the Gods, Zeus.

But while these hulking statues often depict naked men with rippling muscles and powerful jawlines, they all seem to have something else in common – tiny packages.

This interesting tidbit was also noticed by TikTok creator Ruby Reign.

In a video posted to the platform, she said: “Have you ever wondered why so many of the ancient Greek statues have colossal muscular physiques and yet a tiny package? Well, I have, so I did some digging.”

The social media star admitted she originally ‘wasn’t aware the Greeks often presented their enemies, the Egyptians, the satire creatures, and even fools in comedies as having large appendages – so it was quite a negative thing to have, which is quite different today’.

“So actually, what I discovered was that big D’s bad and small D’s good in Ancient Greece. But why was this?” she said.

Reign went on to say that having a smaller penis ‘was considered a sign of virtue, of civility, or self-control or discipline’, while being of larger means meant you were ‘lustful’ with a ‘gluttonous appetite’.

It’s a question that Greek historians have also explored over the years, too.

“They have small to very small penises, compared to the average of humanity and they’re usually flaccid,” says art historian Andrew Lear, a specialist in Greek art and sexuality.

Many historians and classical experts have weighed in on why sculptures chose to chisel small packages on their art.

Historian Paul Chrystal is one of them, who claims in his 2016 book, In Bed with the Ancient Greeks: “The small penis was consonant with Greek ideals of male beauty.

“It was a badge of the highest culture and a paragon of civilization.”

Interestingly, the smaller male appendage has been praised throughout ancient Greek literature.

For example, in his play The Clouds (c. 419-423 DC), Aristophanes described the ideal traits of his male peers as ‘a gleaming chest, bright skin, broad shoulders, tiny tongue, strong buttocks, and a little prick’, as per the Greek Reporter.

So, it turns out it might actually be all about size after all!

X-ray scanners at airports were changed forever in the mid-2010s after people realised how intrusive the scans were

About 10 years ago, airports were forced to change the way their x-ray machines worked after users were horrified at what they revealed to security.

Getting through security at airports on your travels is already enough of a headache, so all you can do is hope that security screening goes smoothly.

However, controversial x-ray scanners from tech company Rapsican had to be axed back in the early 2010s, becoming well-known for all the wrong reasons.

The machines were brought into the US by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), while the UK soon followed suit, though it turned out that these machines gave security a surprising amount of detail.

A startling amount of it – so much so, that security could literally see everything.

When I say everything, I mean it in every sense of the word, as there wasn’t much to leave to the imagination in these uncensored body scans.

These machines were initially introduced in response to the 2009 Christmas Day bombing attempt in Detroit.

Umar Farouk Abdulmutallabm concealed a bomb in his underwear, which he went on to detonate during a flight, but which luckily did not explode.

With over 170 machines being rolled out across the States, they became known as ‘virtual strip searches’ on this side of the pond and a lot of people weren’t pleased with how revealing these scans were, prompting a change.

Communications researcher and author Shawna Malvini Redden explained to Reader’s Digest: “Early versions of the scanners came out without any privacy protections, and TSOs [Transport Security Officers] could be looking at naked images of passengers as they went through the screening.”

The old scanners were incredibly intrusive (X /@‌greendaylover44)

In 2013, the criticism changed everything, as the TSA had to remove the $180,000 (£142,500) machines as they violated privacy standards.

More generic and less revealing outlines would need to be generated, as millimetre wave scanners were put in their places, and they are still in use today.

After the TSA asked Rapiscan to develop the new software required by June 2013, the private security company said it could not meet the deadline, prompting the former to release the following statement.

“TSA has strict requirements that all vendors must meet for security effectiveness and efficiency,” the agency announced.

“Due to its inability to deploy non-imaging Automated Target Recognition (ATR) software by the Congressionally-mandated June 2013 deadline, TSA has terminated part of its contract with Rapiscan.

“By June 2013 travelers will only see machines which have ATR that allow for faster throughput. This means faster lanes for the traveler and enhanced security. As always, use of this technology is optional.”

Explaining how the scanners that are currently used work, Redden said: “TSOs are only seeing this outline with a green ‘clear’ or a red ‘stop and check’ signal.

“If someone has something in their pockets, for instance, the machine will put an alarm note in the paper doll’s groin region so the officer knows generally where to search.”

The Health Benefits of Tamarind: A Natural Boost for Digestive and Heart Health

Tamarind ( Tamarindus indica) has been cherished for centuries as a natural remedy in traditional medicine. Native to Africa and now widely cultivated across tropical regions, this nutrient-rich fruit is packed with antioxidants, dietary fiber, and essential compounds that support both digestive health and heart function. Discover how tamarind can improve your well-being and the best ways to incorporate it into your daily routine.

Tamarind and Digestive Health

1. Promotes Regular Bowel Movements

Tamarind is an excellent source of dietary fiber, which plays a vital role in digestive health. Fiber helps add bulk to stool, facilitating smoother bowel movements and preventing constipation. Tamarind pulp has long been used as a natural and gentle laxative.

2. Stimulates Digestive Enzymes

The organic acids in tamarind, such as tartaric acid, stimulate bile production, which is essential for breaking down fats and enhancing nutrient absorption. This action not only supports digestion but also alleviates common issues like bloating and indigestion.

 3. Balances Gut Flora

Research highlights tamarind’s mild antibacterial properties, which help maintain a healthy balance of gut bacteria. By targeting harmful microbes while preserving beneficial flora, tamarind promotes gut health and reduces inflammation in the digestive system.

Tamarind and Heart Health

1. Lowers Bad Cholesterol

Tamarind pulp contains antioxidants and soluble fiber that help reduce LDL (bad) cholesterol levels. By preventing cholesterol buildup in the arteries, tamarind lowers the risk of atherosclerosis and cardiovascular diseases.

 2. Regulates Blood Pressure

With its high potassium and low sodium content, tamarind supports healthy blood pressure levels. Potassium aids in relaxing blood vessels and managing sodium in the body, reducing hypertension—a significant risk factor for heart disease.

3. Protects Against Oxidative Stress

Tamarind is rich in polyphenols and flavonoids, powerful antioxidants that combat oxidative stress. These compounds protect the heart and blood vessels from cellular damage, ensuring optimal cardiovascular function.
