Kendrick Lamar completely bossed the Super Bowl LIX halftime show alongside SZA

Kendrick Lamar performed one of the best halftime shows of all time at Super Bowl LIX on Sunday (9 February).

On the field, however, the Philadelphia Eagles beat the Kansas City Chiefs 40-22 to win the Super Bowl in what turned out to be a massive shock.

On the stage though, Kendrick brought out his sidekick SZA as the pair pretty much killed it with countless classics, one after the other.

The rapper, 37, even performed the ‘Not Like Us’ diss track, all while Drake’s lawyers have filed a defamation lawsuit against record label Universal Music Group.

Although he let the crowd sing the most controversial lyric from the diss track, where he called the Canadian a ‘certified p**dophile’.

But without naming Kendrick in the suit, it alleges that the claims in the song were baseless and harmful to his career.

Universal also said Drake’s allegations are false.

Meanwhile, it might come as a bit of a shock that the Compton MC is unlikely to receive a single penny for his performance.

Every single year, the NFL refuses to pay the artist directly, but what they will do is cover expenses and production costs, to an extent, reports Forbes.

But given how expensive it can be to run a show, some musicians have reportedly spent their own money to have it exactly how they want.

In 2021, The Weeknd was said to have thrown a whopping $7 million (£5.7 million) at his set, while Dr Dre reportedly also spent ‘millions’ of his own money a year later.

But this is far from a charity gig, after last year 129.3 million tuned in to Usher’s halftime performance, which boosted his Spotify streams by 550 percent.

When it comes to Kendrick, he performed ‘Not Like Us’ on the night, which has already passed a billion on Spotify alone, and is expected to rack up some more numbers in the aftermath.

It’s not the first time Kendrick has performed at the Super Bowl

Fans might remember when Dr Dre brought out the likes of Kendrick, Snoop Dogg, Eminem, Mary J. Blige, and even 50 Cent in 2022.

It was truly a legendary moment, with people calling it ‘the best halftime show ever’.

“The opportunity to perform at the Super Bowl halftime show, and to do it in my own backyard, will be one of the biggest thrills of my career,” said Dre before the show.

The tennis star busted out the dance move which was created by first-generation Crip member Robert ‘Sugar Bear’ Jackson in the 70s.

“Man I did not crip walk like that at Wimbledon, I would’ve been fined,” Williams joked in a video she shared on social media.

Williams, who was rumoured to have dated Drake in 2011, took to the stage as Kendrick performed his diss track aimed at the Canadian rapper.

“Kendrick getting Serena williams to crip walk while performing Not Like Us is nasty work,” one viewer tweeted.

As another added: “The Serena Williams crip walk during They Not Like Us was a wild flex by Kendrick.”

On the night, however, Kendrick left out the most controversial lyric from the diss track, leaving the audience to say it for him.

“Say, Drake, I hear you like ’em young / You better not ever go to cell block one / To any b**ch that talk to him and they in love / Just make sure you hide your lil’ sister from him,” he rapped.

“They tell me Chubbs the only one that get your hand-me-downs / And Party at the party playin’ with his nose now / And Baka got a weird case, why is he around? / Certified Lover Boy? Certified (missed out ‘p**dophiles’ lyric).”

“Why you trollin’ like a b**ch? / Ain’t you tired? / Tryna strike a chord and it’s probably A-minorrrrrr,” Kendrick added on the track which has amassed over a billion streams on Spotify.

As expected, much of the crowd sang along to the record, which recently picked up multiple Grammy Awards, including Record of the Year and Song of the Year.

Drake has continued to deny the allegations, and responded in ‘The Heart Part 6’: “I never been with no one underage but now I understand why this the angle that you really mess with / Just for clarity, I feel disgusted, I’m too respected. If I was f**king young girls, I promise I’d a been arrested / I’m way too famous for this s**t you just suggested.”

Legal action

Drake’s legal team has filed a defamation lawsuit against his own record label Universal Music Group for releasing ‘Not Like Us’.

Without naming Kendrick in the suit, it alleges that the claims in the song were baseless and harmful to his career.

Universal, which has been Drake’s record label for over a decade, said: “Not only are these claims untrue, but the notion that we would seek to harm the reputation of any artist – let alone Drake – is illogical.”

Kanye West releases bizarre Super Bowl ad that he 'had to shoot on his iPhone'

The Super Bowl advert from Ye comes just one week after he and wife Bianca Censori went viral for her revealing Grammys dress

Kanye West has issued another bizarre Super Bowl advert that he filmed on his iPhone while getting new teeth.

The music mogul, who recently went viral for wife Bianca Censori’s Grammys outfit, bought a 30-second ad for Super Bowl LIX.

Airing in the second quarter of the big match between the Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles, it showed West in a medical facility wearing sunglasses inside.

“What’s up guys. I spent all the money for the commercial on these new teeth,” West – who is officially known by Ye – said in the clip.

“So once again I had to shoot it on the iPhone.

“Erm… uhm…. go to Yeezy.com.”

Fans were divided on the shoot, with one posting: “This dude got too much money and time on his hands man.”

A second said: “What the hell is going on?”

And a third wrote: “LMAO WTF IS GOING ON.”

A fourth added: “Bro got too much free time, wtf. This guy man.”

Advert slots for the 2025 Super Bowl have been selling for up to $8 million (£6.4m).

That means that every second of footage sets back the buyer a staggering $266,666 (£213,000).

Last year, 47-year-old Ye also bought another 30-second spot that he filmed himself.

Seemingly shot inside a car he was riding in, it showed him speaking to the front camera of his phone.

Back then, he said: “Hey y’all, this is Ye, and this is my commercial.

“And since we spent all the money on the commercial spot, we actually – we didn’t spend any money on the actual commercial.

“But the idea is I want you to go to Yeezy.com.

“I’m gonna write it at the bottom of the screen and I got some shoes and hmmm… that’s it.”

For those living under a rock, Yeezy is West’s media and fashion brand.

His ex-wife Kim Kardashian worked on the brand while they were married, with the reality TV star also starring as the main model in campaigns by the Yeezy team.

Yeezy used to have a collaboration with Adidas from 2015 until 2022 but it was ended by the German company after the rapper made antisemitic comments when speaking to media outlets.

If for 2025 West has truly spent millions on a new set of teeth, he’ll be hoping he never has to replace them.

I’d personally be wanting encrusted diamonds alongside that but each to their own.

Most controversial Super Bowl ads

Super Bowl adverts have become almost as anticipated as the game itself, with brands willing to fork out millions to secure a coveted spot during the event. However, over the years, some ads have caused controversy, provoking heated debates and public backlash.

Let’s take a look back at some of the most controversial Super Bowl ads…

Carl’s Jr.: All Natural Burger (2015)

Featuring model Charlotte McKinney walking through a market wearing little clothing and gaining a lot of attention from men, the fast food chain’s ad was criticised for objectifying women.

PETA: Last Longer (2016)

For the 2016 Super Bowl, PETA submitted a racy ad that compared the sexual stamina of a meat-eating couple and a vegan couple. It ultimately didn’t make the cut as it was deemed too explicit for TV.

GoDaddy: Journey Home (2015)

The controversial ad followed a puppy’s journey home after falling off a pick-up truck, only to find that his owners had sold him using a GoDaddy site.

After receiving backlash from animal rights organisations, GoDaddy’s then-CEO Blake Irving announced: “What should have been a fun and funny ad clearly missed the mark and we will not air it.”

84 Lumber: The Journey Begins (2017)

Depicting a Mexican woman and her daughter’s journey to the US, 84 Lumber was accused of supporting illegal immigration.

According to the company, the ad’s first cut, in which the pair were blocked by a ‘wall’, was considered ‘too controversial’ to air by Fox.

Responding to the backlash, 84 Lumber said: “We do not condone illegal immigration. The journey of the mother and daughter symbolises grit, dedication and sacrifice. Characteristics that we look for in our people at 84 Lumber. President Trump has previously said there should be a ‘big beautiful door in the wall so that people can come into this country legally’. We couldn’t agree more.”

It ultimately went with a 90-second clip that showcased key moments of the journey, with instructions to ‘see the conclusion at Journey84.com’.

Groupon: Save the Money – Tibet (2011)

Groupon’s ad received criticism after appearing to make light of Tibet’s political situation.

“The Tibetan people are in trouble,” actor Timothy Hutton said in a voiceover. “Their very culture is in jeopardy.”

Cutting to a shot of Hutton in a restaurant, he added: “But they still whip up an amazing fish curry. And since 200 of us bought on Groupon.com, we’re getting $30 worth of Tibetan food for just $15.”

General Motors: Robot (2007)

The 60-second ad showed an assembly line robot jumping off a bridge after being dismissed by General Motors.

Although it turned out to be a dream, viewers slammed the visual depiction of suicide and the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention called it ‘inappropriate’.

Nationwide: Boy (2015)

Nationwide’s tragic ad features a young boy talking about the life experiences he’ll never get to have because he died in an accident.

After being met with outrage from unsuspecting viewers, the company said the message ‘was to start a conversation, not sell insurance’.

“We want to build awareness of an issue that is near and dear to all of us-the safety and well being of our children,” it added.

Groupon: Save the Money – Rainforest (2011)

Part of the same campaign as Groupon’s Tibet ad, the Elizabeth Hurley-fronted advert was accused of trivalising Brazil’s deforestation after seemingly comparing it to a Brazilian bikini wax.

Taylor Swift attended the Super Bowl to support her boyfriend Travis Kelce

Fans reckon they have ‘worked out’ the three-word comment Taylor Swift made when she ‘showed up on the big screen and got booed aggressively’.

The superstar singer, 35, was at the Super Bowl to support her boyfriend and Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce as they took on the Philadelphia Eagles at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Swift, who has been a frequent presence at Chiefs games, was likely also there to cheer on her ‘Bad Blood’ collaborator Kendrick Lamar and his highly anticipated halftime show.

Over on X, however, NFL reporter Ari Meirov has shared a video of the reaction Swift got when she appeared on the big screen alongside Ice Spice.

“Taylor Swift got showed on the big screen and got booed aggressively,” he penned, as the musician appeared to ask “What’s going on?” when it happened.

I mean, the boos probably came from Eagles fans, finally hoping to come out on top after facing the Chiefs for the second time in three seasons.

Commenting on the clip, one person wrote: “Is she really so oblivious? The NFL fan base isn’t her fanbase. Why would people cheer for her?”

“What exactly did she do to everyone?” a fan also questioned.

LADbible has contacted representatives for Taylor Swift for comment.

This comes after Kelce, 35, welcomed the announcement earlier this week that Donald Trump would be attending the Super Bowl.

Although Trump – who became the first sitting US president to attend a Super Bowl game – previously said on Truth Social that he ‘hated’ Swift, who endorsed Kamala Harris at the presidential election.

“That’s awesome, it’s a great honour,” the NFL star said. “No matter who the president is, I know I’m excited because it’s the biggest game of my life.

“Having the president there, it’s the best country in the world and that’s pretty cool.”

Meanwhile, Super Bowl viewers were a little divided at what happened when the camera panned to Trump during the national anthem before the game started.

When Jon Batiste was singing the American anthem, the broadcast showed Trump taking his seat in the stands and some thought he was getting booed.

“Y’all didn’t boo at Donald Trump loud enough,” one person said on X.

“That was pretty s**tty to show Trump during Jon Batiste singing the National Anthem, forced me and half of America to boo,” a second penned.

However, others couldn’t work out if it was a boo or a cheer.

Someone else said: “Did they cheer or boo Trump? Difficult to tell.”

As another echoed: “Did they boo or cheer Trump at the #SuperBowlLIX?”

Donald Trump is the first sitting US president to attend a Super Bowl

It seems Super Bowl viewers are a little divided at what happened when the camera panned to Donald Trump during the national anthem.

The 78-year-old is the first sitting US president to attend a Super Bowl as the Kansas City Chiefs take on the Philadelphia Eagles at the New Orleans Superdome this evening (9 February).

In the build-up to the game, Jon Batiste was belting out the American anthem, as the camera showed Trump take his seat in the stands alongside his daughter Ivanka.

But while the Grammy-winning singer was performing, some fans thought the new president was getting booed by people in the crowd.

“I look forward to joining the fans in New Orleans for Super Bowl LIX to cheer on two great teams – the Kansas City Chiefs and the Philadelphia Eagles – as they battle for the National Football League’s Vince Lombardi Trophy,” Trump said in a statement before the game.

“The coaches, players, and team staff on the field tonight represent the best of the best in professional football, but they also embody the best of the American Dream.

“Their hard work, dedication, and tenacity is admirable, and their individual journeys are as inspiring as the drive and determination that has led them to this extraordinary moment.

“They also represent the hopes and dreams of our Nation’s young athletes as we restore safety and fairness in sports and equal opportunities among their teams.

“Football is America’s most popular sport – for good reason – it fosters a sense of national unity, bringing families, friends, and fans together and strengthening communities.

“This annual tradition transcends our differences and personifies our shared patriotic values of family, faith, and freedom heroically defended by our military service members, law enforcement officers, and first responders.

“We value their devotion to protecting our great Nation and salute their selfless service.”

Super Bowl LIX saw the Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles welcomed onto the pitch by Jon Hamm and Bradley Cooper, respectively

Super Bowl LIX has arrived and viewers have been left bemused after the first ‘battle’ was won by Bradley Cooper over his fellow actor Jon Hamm.

The two seasoned heavyweights of Hollywood took to the microphone on the Caesars Superdome pitch in New Orleans to welcome their respective teams out from the locker rooms.

Hamm, a Kansas City Chiefs fan, hyped the 75,000-strong crowd as he welcomed the two-time defending Super Bowl champions who are on the quest for a historic ‘three-peat’.

On the flip side, Cooper was there to welcome his Philadelphia Eagles to the pitch.

And given how the two actors did in the promo of their respective teams, fans think the first battle between the two teams was easily won by The Hangover star.

Mad Men’s Hamm said: “Make some noise for your two-time defending Super Bowl champions.”

The problem for the 53-year-old was that his voice squeaked pretty noticeably during the saying of ‘super’ – with the crowd booing the entrance quite noticeably.

In comparison, Cooper looked a little more composed and fans said he easily got the crowd more hyped for the Eagles – probably giving us more of an indication of how many fans for each team are in the stadium.

“The first battle of the day. Bradley Cooper vs Jon Hamm,” one fan said over on X (formerly Twitter).

“Eagles 1, Chiefs 0.”

Jon Hamm's voice squeaked in a vital moment (Fox)

A second wrote: “Bradley Cooper > Jon Hamm by a billion light years.”

And a third added: “Jon Hamm Squeaked so Bradley Cooper could Squawk.”

Another viewer took a different slant, writing ‘Jon Hamm and Bradley Cooper seeing each other at the next red carpet’ while sharing a gif of The Rock and Hulk Hogan staring each other down during their WWE days.

And someone else joked: “The Chiefs and Eagles should be required to put in Jon Hamm and Bradley Cooper for one snap just to see what happens.”

The Chiefs were the slight favourites going into the big match, with the Eagles looking for revenge from when they lost in the 2023 Super Bowl to the very same team.

There are also rumours this could well be Chiefs superstar Travis Kelce’s final ever game in the NFL, with the veteran looking at opportunities outside of his playing game.

His brother, Jason Kelce, played for the Eagles and against Travis in the 2023 Super Bowl. Both of them are regarded as the finest of their generation in their respective positions.

Super Bowl fans think they've spotted a 2025 conspiracy and it's blown our minds

Super Bowl LIX will feature the Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles with conspiracy theorists saying the match was always happening

NFL fans preparing to sit down and watch Super Bowl LIX reckon they have stumbled across a conspiracy theory. But it’s one that has divided the community as the big sporting showdown arrives.

And it all comes down to the NFL seemingly knowing who was going to be playing in the game, happening at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, from the very beginning. Or so we’re told.

Yes, we’re talking about the Super Bowl logo controversy which has reared its head for 2025 as the Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles look to battle it out for the Lombardi Trophy on Sunday (9 February).

All eyes will be on Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce and if they can win a third Super Bowl in a row – a ‘three-peat’ as it’s known in the sporting world – with the latter’s pop star girlfriend Taylor Swift hoping it’ll be a trio of victories she can celebrate with her partner.

But over on the wonderful world of Reddit, chatter has started around the colours used in the official logo for Super Bowl LIX; something that was decided upon long before the teams were known.

Taking over the Pat McAfee Show Official subreddit, NFL fans were busy chatting through the conspiracy about the colours used.

Is the conspiracy true? (Don Juan Moore/Getty Images)

Is the conspiracy true? (Don Juan Moore/Getty Images)

That’s because, once again, the main colours you can see in the logo mirror those worn by the two teams taking part, with the Chiefs’ red and the Eagles’ green forming the majority of the design.

It’s not the first time the colours have matched up, either, hence the growth of such a conspiracy. Two years ago when the Chiefs beat the Eagles the colours were also green and red, albeit different shades of this year’s creation.

And with the internet being the internet, some claim the NFL is involved in a (baseless) secret plan to maximise its own back pockets by deciding all of this in advance. Yes, really.

The Caesars Superdome where Super Bowl LIX was taking place (Michael Owens/Getty Images)

The problem with the conspiracy, outside of being totally baseless, is that it had a major blip in 2024.

With a purple and orange design, you might have been thinking we could have had the Baltimore Ravens face off against the Detroit Lions.

Instead, we had the red and gold of the San Francisco 49ers up against the red and white of the Chiefs. Unlucky, lads.

“People want to believe there’s some sort of grand conspiracy when there isn’t,” one Redditor wrote about the blip when discussing this year’s colours.

Responding, one person cheekily wrote: “That sounds like something someone who is in on the conspiracy would say.”

And a third said: “But the conspiracy was true until [NFL Commissioner] Roger Goodell heard what fans were up to and changed it up last second. Its true until it’s not true, then when it’s not true, it’s a conspiracy for changing. Makes sense… if you just don’t think.”

That’s enough of the internet for one day, we reckon.

A Titanic super fan pointed out an awkward mistake in the film

The next time you sit down to watch Titanic, all you’re going to be thinking about is this one filming mistake.

Of course, every film has their mistakes, just like that famed scene in Squid Game 2 where you can clearly see a camera man up and close in one of the most tense shootouts ever seen.

But when you think about a historical (and mildly accurate) film, you never expect for there to be any room for mistakes like that. Well, we’re only human, and even those who work in post-production are prone to missing things too.

To be honest, it’s nothing major, but it’s still a mistake that was obviously accidentally left in the scene.

For those of you who have no idea what I’m talking about, it’s time to shatter the glass and open your eyes to the Titanic scene in question.

A TikToker who is dedicated to all things Titanic called Raf Avila, aka Titanic Guy Raf Avila on social media, went into detail about a specific moment in the James Cameron flick.

He shared that the filming crew had made a blunder one particular scene involving main character Jack Dawson, who was played by the fabulous Leonardo DiCaprio.

Can you spot the error? (TikTok/@raf_avila)

Can you spot the error? (TikTok/@raf_avila)

In the clip, which has been watched nearly 200,000 times, Raf shows viewers a moment when Jack walks through a glass door as he’s expected to dine with the fancy higher class people for dinner.

However, as the door is opened for him, the glass’ reflection very clearly shows a camera operator staring right back.

Raf said in the clip: “We all know the scene when Jack is getting ready to go to dinner. Now, I want you to pay close attention to the door and tell me if you spot anything here.

“So, Jack is going into the grand staircase – but did you spot anything? You can clearly see a camera man right there in the window for all to see.

“Did you ever notice that? Now you’re going to notice that all of the time.”

Damn, you’re right Raf. I will be noticing it every time and then I’ll also ruin the scene for everyone I watch it with by pointing it out to them.

Anyway, TikTok viewers didn’t know how to take this new bite of information, with some even choosing it be annoyed that the error was discovered.

One wrote: “So what? We all know it’s a film. There are always errors in any movie,” as another defended: “There’s literally no way to avoid that.”

Someone else shared: “I always look in reflections for bloopers like this.”

One commenter was stunned, writing: “All the 20928362 times I’ve seen the movie and never had noticed!! Haha.”

NFL team owner recalls Vladimir Putin's chilling comment after taking $25,000 Super Bowl ring

Vladimir Putin is famously a fan of sports

Here is the unlikely crossover story between an expensive piece of Super Bowl memorabilia and the President of Russia.

As the owner of the New England Patriots, businessman Robert Kraft is no stranger to success – with his side being six-time winners of the Super Bowl. However, the 83-year-old only has five Super Bowl winning rings to show for six wins.

The other ring is hanging out in Russia, allegedly in the possession of none other than Vladimir Putin. But how did this happen?

Did Vladimir Putin really ‘steal’ Robert Kraft’s Super Bowl ring?

If you’re like me, you may have seen this story and wondered ‘What on Earth is a Super Bowl ring?’… so let’s explain.

Rather than receiving a boring old medal, players on the winning team at the Super Bowl get a gold ring which features their team logo and a hell of a lot of diamonds.

It’s estimated the rings can cost around $30,000 (£24,000) to $50,000 (£40,000), because it’s America and things can never be done in halves over there.

Now, given the current political climate, the idea of an official NFL memorabilia making the journey east would seem very unlikely these days. However, the US and Russia formerly had better relations during the early to mid 2000s.

It’s during this period that Kraft visited Russia alongside a number of business associates. Fresh of the back of winning his third Super Bowl in 2005, Kraft was donning his winners ring for all to see – with the $25,000 (£19,950) piece of jewellery capturing the attention of Putin.

Reports of what happened next has varied over the years, however, Kraft states the interaction went as follows: Putin tries the ring on, gave a chilling assessment of its capabilities and then pocketed the item for good measure.

Recalling the incident in a 2013, Kraft said: “I took out the ring and showed it to [Putin]. And he put it on and he goes, ‘I can kill someone with this ring’.

“I put my hand out and he put it in his pocket, and three KGB guys got around him and walked out.”

The whereabouts of the ring and its exchange has resurfaced numerous times over the years, with Kraft later being told it was in the best interest of US and Russian relations for the ring to stay in Moscow as a gift.

The businessman even released a statement in 2005 claiming it was a gift to Putin as a ‘symbol of the respect and admiration’ for the Russian people.

Meanwhile, the Kremlin has also weighed in on the subject, offering to purchase Kraft a replacement after his 2013 comments.

The last time Kraft addressed the topic was during Netflix’s The Roast of Tom Brady in 2024, where he said: “And one more thing. In case, Vladimir Putin, you’re watching, give me my f**king ring back, will you?”

Man who was offered interview for The Apprentice reveals 'insane' way he filled out application form

Tom, a comedian, decided to try his hand at meeting Sir Alan Sugar

A man intentionally created an ‘insane’ application for The Apprentice, and talked his viewers through how it went for him.

Tom Ratcliffe is a UK comedian who decided to take things to the next level when he filled out an application form for one of the most business-savvy TV shows in the UK.

Tom explained in his video posted on Instagram: “Six years ago this week I got formally asked to interview for The Apprentice series 15, after I filled out the application form in the most insane way imaginable.

“If you’re ever wondering why the people on The Apprentice are quite, so bad, and stupid, I proved that they deliberately target mad people.”

So, how did he do it?

He went on to say that for the ‘name’ section, he wrote that he was called ‘Colin Goosewary’ and that he didn’t ‘know why’ he chose such a name but you’ve got to admit that it’s got a ring to hit.

Then, he tacked the employment question, for which he claimed to be a ‘self-employed entrepreneur’.

He then had to ‘state all qualifications, giving all details of establishments attended’ and he answered: “I gave myself nineteen GCSEs, including an A* in Social Media Studies.”

He also put the school down as ‘Thornhill Community Academy’, which is ‘the school from Educating Yorkshire’ TV show about children who are struggling with their learning in working class areas.

Then, Tom gave himself ‘a degree in Genetic Engineering from the University of Toronto’ to spice things up.

But his tomfoolery didn’t stop there (did you see what I did there?)

He went on to share that his salary amounted to: “Between you and me, it’s well over £100,000, but if Revenue & Customs are involved, it’s far less than that.”

While he answered ‘no’ to having previously worked for the BBC before, he did come up with an elaborate story about having worked outside of the UK.

To this, he told the application: “I went to Prague for a weekend, on a poorly organised stag do last month. The stag visited sixteen brothels, which the tour guide said was a new record.”

Now, when applying to the show, they go on to ask ‘Why should you be Lord Sugar’s business partner?’ and while anyone who is truly applying to further their business and to come up with innovating products might answer this one with something like, ‘To set a new standard for the industry’, Tom instead said: “I’m a big business b*****d like Sir Alan, and don’t take no for an answer.”

He continued: “I guarantee I will make more money than any business partner he’s ever had. My ideas are unique – I can give Sir Alan some sort of legacy he can actually be proud of.”

Oof, he’s going up against the Sugar, and that type of confrontation would not be too pretty.

Then, he was asked what makes him ‘different’ from other applicants, to which he called himself a ‘big business dog’ and he will ‘bite the face off the opposition to get ahead’ and will give ‘110%, 8 days a week,’ even though he admitted that he doesn’t ‘do weekends’.

His other answers were equally as bizarre, particularly when he said that he found out about the application process via a ‘man at a bus stop’, but it’s clear that he’s committed to providing the most out there application form to date.

Sadly, while his application progressed to the next round and he was asked to attend an interview with a form of ID, otherwise he wouldn’t ‘be let into the building’, Tom was unable to attend due to the fact that he couldn’t get a fake passport quick enough via the dark web.

So, his adventure ended there.

I really wish I’d have seen Colin Goosewary in front of Sugar, but it wasn’t to be.
